This company is a scam. I got rerouted from a different website and got charged for a subscription I never signed up for. They have tied me up with back-and-forth communications for 10 months.
1. Only agreed to process my refund once I posted a 5-star review and share screenshot proof of the same.
2. Once I posted a negative review outlining their behaviour, they kept harassing me to take down my negative review because my negative review "prevents the refund from fully going through and may result in further back-and-forth delays".
3. Despite my insisting that I will not remove my review, they claim that they can "finalize the transaction more smoothly and avoid further delays" only if I remove my review because it's a "technical issue".
I don't even want my refund anymore. Just want to warn other people so they don't get scammed.

My name is Ammara Arshi I belong to Pakistan.. one day from my Instagram page i was busy in watching ads of different companies suddenly i click one of the website and purchase a gift card from the site by mistake which i don't knw belongs to this site's membership ... Suddenly my amount is deducted from my debt card more than i expected so i sent an email to the company to remove my card cancellation of membership and refund my fees back thn they told me itx not our policy to refund amount ... Thank uh Elsa one of the company member sent me an email to refund my amount back against her company rules ... So now m pleased to hear about it and much satisfied i ll review it later again after receiving my amount back ... Really thankful to dear Elsa u did it for me

We have only received emails telling us that they cant find the money they stole from us and want us to remove our comments We have not received the money they have taken We are pensioners that depend on that money so until we have received that money back into our account my review stay the same
