DO NOT BUY CAR REG - MW59UMD

About a month a half ago I bought an Audi A3 s line REG- MW59UMD please DO NOT buy this car!!!!

The car has a list of problems which I shared with them, they arranged for the car to be picked up from my address and said there was a tow truck on the way. After staying up until midnight after they said they would be here after 6pm!!!

They took the car and took it to their “warranty” garage. About a week later I was then messaged saying that the car has no problems and that I could come pick it up from Luton. I agreed and got a lift to Luton to where I see my car parked up on the side of the road and spoke to the garage that I was told to go to. The people I spoke to had no clue that the car was in there possession and rung Ali ( the managing director of VIP KARS) he then said that the car key was left in their letterbox which anyone walking past could have stolen from and they had no idea it was in there. I then took the car to an independent garage, didn’t tell them what I thought was wrong and asked them to create a report on everything that needs doing. The list I received was extensive!!!

I was then advised by the garage to get my money back as the car wasn’t worth fixing. So I followed their advice and took the car back and requested a refund in full. They tried to tell me that I could not have the full refund and that I could have £300 less than what I paid for the car and they would send the money next week. If it was any other reputable garage I would’ve accepted, but after a month of nothing but lies and broken promises I wanted my money there and then. Ali then proceeded to record our conversation without my consent. After more back and forth I managed to get my refund and after an hour the car is back up for sale stating that it is in great nick!!!!!

Please do not waste your time here, as they will not honour your warrenty and try fob you off until the 3 months are over.

Unsafe & scamming business

If I could leave no stars, I would.
I brought my car (the Ford KA - first picture that comes up in search) from a seller named Ali through AutoTrader, at the end of August. I could tell it wasn't in perfect condition but seemed to drive with no issues, or at least I thought. In October, the exhaust pipe fell off due to it being so rusted that it had eroded the bracket clip. This led to finding out that the axillary belt was badly cracked, I ended up having an assessment done on the car to find any other issues with it. 17 different problems were flagged in the report - I have all the paperwork to back this up, the car isn't road safe and should never of been sold. On November 13th, I called to address the problem, after a very brief conversation with Ali, he told me someone would call me back later that day - never happened. I sent an email on the same day, to which I got no response again, this continued for several week. On the 27th of November I left the car with them as they said they would look over the car. Today - 22nd December, I have only just got my car back, I was told that all 4 tyres would be replaced, only 1 was. Apparently there's no issues with the car. Blatant lie.
They're dismissive rude and have no communication skills. Every interaction I had with them felt belittling.
