Number not dispatched, no communication, eventually said it had "expired while under our care". Avoid.
Update: Payment eventually refunded in full, so not a scam, just incompetent.

If you want a personalised mobile no, look no further!
I was changing mobile numbers after 25yrs due to constant spam calls & texts
I came across VIP Mobile Numbers on a search & thought I'd try my luck with a more personal number. Found a suitable number very easily on their website & was sent a PAC code shortly afterwards to port to my network
Absolute seamless procedure.
And their aftercare, out of hours was superb. Thanks guys for making it so simple x

Seems to be a scam
Bought a number 6 weeks ago for £400 and still nothing delivered, despite emails asking for clarification. Have told my bank it is a fraud and will now report to the police too

Great service
Recently I would like to change number for my children but it didn't work out. The member of staff who deal with my case (Taha) had kindly solved all my problems that need with great attitude & I really appreciated his service even at the end I didn't give the company any business (at this time). I will surely look out for the new numbers from the VIP Mobile company in the near future. Keep up with great service & thank you once again
