Biggest VIP scam

Biggest VIP scam. Bought vip tickets for lady gaga in October and did not receive any vip treatment. Merchandise still has not arrived. I have sent five emails and have been ignored. Non existing customer service. Avoid this company. They need to be investigated and artists need to avoid them. I will escalate my complaint and urge everyone with the same experience to do the same.

VIP Tickets? VIP Scam more like!

VIP Tickets? More Like a VIP Scam

I bought VIP tickets for the Lady Gaga concert through Live Nation Europe, expecting a premium experience. What I got was a grossly overpriced, mis-sold package that delivered none of what was promised.

The so-called “exclusive merchandise” still hasn’t arrived. Weeks later, not a single item. No updates. No tracking. No apology. Just radio silence.

The VIP experience itself? A joke. No perks, no added value — just a standard ticket with a fancy label and an inflated price tag. It felt like a deliberate con dressed up as a luxury offering.

I’ve emailed Live Nation Europe multiple times to complain. Not one response. Not even an automated acknowledgement. For a company of this scale, the lack of basic customer service is appalling.

If you’re considering VIP tickets through Live Nation Europe — don’t. Save your money. This was a textbook case of false advertising and customer neglect.

Bought VIP tickets for Gaga in…

Bought VIP tickets for Gaga in Manchester and the seating was horrible. Off the side with a weird angle. Camera straight in the face and blocking the view. Should be called partial view and discounted. Merch never arrived in time so was sent back to my home in Sweden (haven’t seen it yet) and there was nothing else special about it. I would have seen better on a normal standing ticket. Just horrible to charge this much for nothing. Never again.

Help available when needed.

I'm disabled. I use crutches and was running late for access to sound check. I was re assured that I would not miss it...I didn't...and the lady in charge was more than helpful and reassuring. She ensured I was fine and arranged help to my seat. Thank you for making my experience joyful.

Shocking VIP Experience – Misleading, Overpriced & Ignored

I paid £800 for the VIP Sweet Honey Pit experience at Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour and can honestly say it was one of the most misleading and disappointing live event purchases I’ve ever made.

From the start, it was poorly organised. I queued from 2pm, only to be let in just 45 minutes before general admission. Once inside, the VIP area had no view of the stage or Beyoncé—we had to watch on a screen. There were no exclusive perks, no photo ops, and absolutely nothing that justified the VIP label or price point.

Even more frustrating, general admission ticket holders had a better view and experience than those of us who paid several hundred pounds more.

I’ve tried multiple times to raise a complaint with VIP Nation and Live Nation, only to be met with copy-pasted replies stating what I purchased—ignoring the fact that the experience was not delivered as advertised. Even after STAR told me to expect a response in 14 days, I’ve heard nothing over a month later.

To top it off, they are now refusing to deal with me directly, even though the original ticket purchaser has formally authorised me to handle the complaint on their behalf.

This is a blatant failure to uphold consumer rights, and I urge others to think twice before spending money on VIP upgrades from this company.

Our Premium Early Entry Package Diamond Circle Ticket Disaster

Our Premium Early Entry Diamond Circle Package tickets provided no early entry. In fact other standard ticket holders for example In Field tickets were welcomed to the stadium before us. Sure their place in the stadium was different, but is premium early entry waiting for hours in queues?
The problem started when all Premium Early, Early, Package, VIP etc ticket holders were directed to the same gate for entry, it was a chaos. Then after the entry, we package holders were directed to VIP Nation tents (though this should have happened before being directed to a queue) where we were just given our Premium Early Entry and Diamond Circle bracelets. Though we were to be given merchandise, there was no merchandise to our surprise and we were informed that the merchandise were late due to customs issues (but there were lots of merchandise inside, which I asked and confirmed to be original merchandise provided by the group) and we had to fill in a form on a site accessible by a QR code at the VIP Nation desk.
Then we were directed to form a queue in which we Premium Early Entry ticket holders waited endlessly though other tucket holders were welcomed.
Very soon after entering the field, normal Diamond Circle ticket holders were welcomed to the same area and there we had little to no advantage of the Premium Early Entry Diamond Circle tickets.
So, with the Premium Early Entry Package Diamond Circle tickets, there was no premium early entry, no merchandise and other normal Diamond Circle ticket holders filled and invaded the area which left us with no advantage for this ticket category. Why did we pay that much then?
Thanks only to the legendary Guns N'Roses and also the Rival Sons.

Absolute con/scam

Absolute con/scam! Paid €100 each for 2 Coldplay tickets and thought I was paying another €165 for 2 more tickets but with a couple of extra ‘vip’ benefits. Really unclear on Ticketmaster website and even looking at my account afterwards what I had brought. After months thinking I had 4 tickets I finally managed to confirm with Ticketmaster that the €165 each was just to upgrade our existing standing tickets to the Floris early entrance experience. Coldplay were due to start at 9pm and VIP Nation told us to come to the stadium at 3pm. We queued for 45 minutes and got in at 4pm. There was no welcome, the gift (a cheap water bottle) had to be collected after the show and the only ‘advantage’ was that we were allowed to join the main queue to get into the floor area just before the main gates open. After the second nearly 1 hour queue we got into the show but given that it was still 4 hours before Coldplay came on and there was no way to save your space that was a complete waste of time/money. Once in we weren’t even allowed back to the concourse to get food/drinks. No idea how they can get away with charging €165 for a water bottle and cheap festival bracelet and getting in to an open standing area 30 minutes before the main crowd.

Not worth the money

You pay a huge amount of money more to get VIP early entry, but in actual fact you are in the normal admission queue, I was so disappointed, did not get my early entry to stand at the front which what I paid for.

Disappointing VIP Meet and Greet experience at Kim Petras concert in Warsaw

As an ardent Kim Petras fan, the VIP Meet and Greet package in Warsaw, organized by VIpNation, was something I looked forward to with immense anticipation. The package boasted an array of exclusive benefits, including early venue entry, a meet & greet with Kim Petras, and unique merchandise. However, my experience was far from the exceptional encounter I had envisioned, especially considering the significant additional cost of 1000 PLN (approximately $250 USD) over a standard ticket.

The meet & greet experience, the centerpiece of the VIP package, was notably underwhelming. Participants were swiftly lined up and informed by VipNation staff about the strict time constraints, prohibiting any item signings. The interaction with Kim Petras was exceedingly brief, allowing for a mere 30-second encounter that included posing for three quick photographs before being thanked and ushered out. This brisk interaction lacked any genuine moment of connection with the artist, leaving me, a devoted fan and first-time meet & greet attendee, feeling rushed and unable to fully absorb the moment. The memory of meeting an artist I deeply admire was overshadowed by the hurried nature and impersonal approach of the organizers.

Adding to my disappointment, the VIP merchandise, handed over in a shopper post-meet & greet, fell short of expectations. Contrary to the package description, the merchandise comprised only a poster and a glossy "VIP" pin, noticeably missing was the "Kim Petras favourite hand-picked accessory" that was advertised. This omission was particularly disheartening, as it was one of the unique selling points of the VIP experience.

Reflecting on the overall VIP package, the disparity between the promised exclusive offerings and the actual experience has left me questioning the value of the substantial additional expense. While I remained excited about the concert itself, the VIP experience, especially the lack of meaningful interaction and the incomplete merchandise package, was a letdown. The premium paid for what was supposed to be an enhanced concert experience did not match the reality, leading to a feeling of disillusionment.

In summary, while the allure of a VIP Meet and Greet package with Kim Petras held great promise, the execution by VipNation significantly missed the mark. The rushed meet & greet, coupled with the unfulfilled promises of exclusive merchandise, rendered the experience unworthy of its premium price. For future events, I recommend to avoid VIP packages hosted by VIPNation.

VIP Nation Europe experience.

terrible company to purchase tickets from and ticketmaster should review their partnership with them.

I purchased two wizkid tickets back in January/February when they were released and was in the que waiting in which I was able to secure two vip tickets as this was my first concert experience. I went to the wizkid concert in the 29 july as I had two hot spot amex vip tickets. I was to check in when I arrived between 5pm and 8pm in which I would get the vip merchandise. I arrived at 6:15pm and followed the directions they emailed to me however that was not the case. There was no tent when I arrived, none of the staff who were scanning the tickets knew where they went and when I found a supervisor they stated that “they might have left early after they ran out of merchandise”. For me that should not be there issue as this particular merchandise should be given to the vip ticket holders and also they should have had an accurate number of vip tickets to have the merchandise.

I contacted ticket master in the 30 of July who directed me to speak with VIP Nation Europe who were unhelpful and was refusing to send me what was supposed to be provided on site. After going back and forth and informing them that I was not going to purchase any further event tickets that they host and contact my amex resolution department as I could have purchased regular standing tickets for a much cheaper price that’s when they agreed to send me the merchandise.

They asked me to provide them with my postal address and that they would inform me when they posted the items. That was in the 31st of July it is now the 11 august and still no update.

This is simply unacceptable as to me it seems like they are tricking people to purchase these tickets with hopes of getting merchandise which you don’t get as they are either not where they should be located according to the directions sent to you via email or they leave early.

I have seen many reviews of other people having the same experience as well. To me that is misleading and in accordance to the UK's 2015 Consumer Rights Act builds on EU consumer law principles This should not be happening which I am considering reporting.

Ticketmaster you really need to consider this and not take lightly

VIP Nation - Buyer beware !!!! Overpriced and under delivered

VIP Nation seemed to be the only way to get tickets to Roger Waters at the O2 this year. The tickets were far from cheap but it was a gig I thought I would not get to see again and pushed the boat out when they said I would be getting a “brilliant collection of Roger Waters Themed VIP Merchandise”

VIP Nation advertised that they were justifying the high prices with a package of Exclusive RW merchandise including a poster the ticket badge in a bag - not much there then - but Also a “brilliant collection of Roger Waters Themed VIP Merchandise” excited!!

When I collected my bag at the gig, apart from the poster, the bag was full of nothing so I contacted VIP Nation on several occasions after the event to ask them to send what they advertised and what I have paid for but to no avail

Buyer beware!! If there are other ways to get tickets in the future it won’t be through VIP Nation as they don’t provide you with what they advertise

VIP not so "Early Access"

I purchased two VIP Pitch Early Entry tickets for the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert at Tottenham Stadium. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to several organizational issues.

We were instructed to arrive between 1 pm and 3 pm for early entry, but unfortunately, we ended up waiting in the queue for a frustrating 2 hours before being allowed to proceed. Once we went through the metal detectors, we were directed to another queue outside the stadium, where we waited for over an hour with no seating or access to water. It was disappointing to learn that we couldn't bring our own water into this queue.

When we were finally let into the stadium at 4:15 pm, we were faced with yet another queue, lasting 20 minutes, still without access to water. The general access ticket holders were allowed onto the pitch just 8 minutes after us, making the early entry benefit seem negligible.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing VIP tickets from VIP Nation. The organization was chaotic, and there seemed to be a severe lack of communication among the staff, leaving attendees frustrated and disappointed. It's disheartening to have spent extra money on VIP tickets, only to have a subpar experience.

If I were to attend a similar event in the future, I would opt for general access tickets instead. It's a shame that a lack of coordination and communication tarnished what could have been an enjoyable experience.

Beyonce Beehive VIP-Tickets for…

Beyonce Beehive VIP-Tickets for 950,00/ticket in Hamburg

The palce directly before the stage was very good, but the VIP-service was terrible.

1. After the early entrance we were hold 1 hour in the small blocked area between sation and entrance without any shadow and any possibility to go away. The securities were friendly, but could not let us, because the organisators said the area isn't ready yet. Why the didn#t let us to other area or to wait by the entrance isn't clear
2. The promised gifts were an ugly black cap with small text and terrifble quality looks as a rag and a key holder.
3. They were are not the promised red carpet and the photos on it.
4. We were are not allowed to use the toilets in the VIP-area, because they were according the securities for other VIP-area and needed to went trough the stadion to the next toilets.

As the VIP-guest were displeased aboit it, the securities tryed to block the exit from the VIP area. As I try to start to make photo of it, they unlock it at once.
5. There were not any promised hosts at the VIP-area and in the stadion. We only need to contact to the securities, whcih were friendly, but didn't have any instruction about the points above.

There are not any pöossibilities to post comments about the service by google. I think, because the people were very disappointed about the VIP-service and the organisator blocked the commets on the Google.

Peter Gabriel, unimportant!

I purchased a VIP ticket for Peter Gabriel in Birmingham for a landmark birthday. The VIP service was non existent. The exclusive merchandise, which consisted of 4 drinks coasters, a notebook and two pin badges, was no better than that swag distributed at a trade show for free. There was no dedicated hospitality area and had to queue with general public for drinks and toilets. Such a shame as it soured an amazing show. Never again.

Dermot Kennedy Hamburg

Had the best experience at the Dermot Kennedy Meet and Greet.

All information has been send out early enough.
The entrance was well organised and very friendly.

We got our VIP wristband and some special merch when we were inside.
Ben the host took us the room calmed everyone down, collected collected the presents for Dermot.
Dermot entered the room and played two songs acoustic to us. After that there was a Q&A (everyone was able to send questions before the event).
After that Ben took several picture from everyone with Dermot and we got a special signed map.

That Ben really gave Dermot the presents is proofed because Dermot wore the hoodie we gave to him in his story on Instagram at the night after the concert.

Ben was great.
It was really worth the money and a beautiful experience!
Thanks to Dermot for doing this and everyone at the Barclays arena, who was super friendly when we were let in early before the show.
