PLEASE NOTE....put a order in with them in Feb Never received items over $200 worth , no contact back after many e-mails sent. As i paid by credit card took it up with the credit card fraud dept and have received ALL my money back..

Do not trust this website at all. I haven't received my order and no reply from the service help centre and have not been refunded my money please don't be scammed like me.

This is a fraud company or group, why it can continue to survive, and it also verified through Facebook, Facebook did not fulfill their responsibilities!
If you have already paid by credit card, you can tell your bank to claim the money back~

Absolute Crap!!! They take your money show you tracking all the way from the US and then proceed to tell you it was delivered at your home with no products and someone being home all day!!!

I had ordered some tools on 2018-03-30 order number 43295 tracked my order and should have arrive at malaysia office 2018-04-22 time 16:23:23 and arrive at my place delivered to front door 2018-04-29 time 17:52:55. Up to day i still didnot received the items ordered. Have sent many emails and no response. Do not deal with company .

I had ordered some tools on 10 Mac 2018. Order No 41461. tracked my order and should have arrive at my place on 16 Apr 2018 at 11.36. Up to today I stiii did not received the items ordered Have sent many e-mails and no response.

I still haven't gotten my invitation form Friday 05 January, 2018

Ordered item on 6 April 2018 and still not received 24 April 2018.
Company does not reply to emails and has not refunded item for non receipt.
Do not deal with with company, nothing but a scam

Ordered product online , website showed SSL security patch ,, Yotal Rip Off !! Reported to credit card fraud division ,,( January / 18 ,). Still trying to have this resolved !!!

i have experienced the same from south Africa - it shows that the shipment has been sent but no details of the shipper and the local agent - I have sent several messages and had no response from them. I plan to report this to the hosting site

Same here, never got a response from them regarding my order, which never arrived even though the tracking information said that it was delivered to the front door. I told them to deliver it to the back of the house!

I think the same !!! I wrote to them several times and they never responded.
I bought an item in 400₪ it’s like 100$ they say it’s got to my house at 25/2/18 it never araived ! I ask them to send me the tracking number and the company they sent it!! Never got an answer!! And the phone you can’t never connect to it!!! Be careful it’s a faeck company!!!

I think that this company is fake I have ordered tools from 4rh of January
And Ihave receive nothing yet nobody answers my emails!!!!

I ordered a product in January which never got delivered. I tracked the order and noticed that they stated the delivery time and date was when I was at home and my security camera confirms that no one attempted to deliver my package. I reported this via their Contact Us page and never heard a response.
