I have used the onsite valet parking company a number of times and booked this company by accident thinking they were the approved airport company.
May 2019 - our car was damaged whilst with them and they hid the damage, it wasn't until leaving the parking part of the bumper flopped off.
When i attempted to report the hidden damage the driver answering the phone said he didn't know where the manager was, after two days of phone calls it turned out the driver was the company director as registered with companies house - which is registered as a taxi company. I was passed by the web booking company looking4parking.com VIP Parking Bristols customer service email address, i emailed but have heard nothing back in a week.
I wish i had checked on here first, am now waiting for a new bumper for my car.
I'm actually relieved my car was returned. Upon checking with the airport this company is not an approved airport parking company nor has permission to run its business from the airport car park.
Be warned!
We recently used this company BEWARE DO NOT USE!
We recently used this company. Previously no problems, however on 1 November at 5am we were told that they would not accept our car as the agent we had used Trusted Travel had not paid them for 2 months. The only way they would accept our car was if we paid them cash, at first the amount was £400 then eventually they said £250. I had to go into the terminal building to use the cash machine. We later discovered that their charge on line was £167.00 plus £20 if booked on the day. That was an extra £63 or £213.00 at their first price! I class this as sharp practice. We asked them to refund the difference but nothing was forthcoming.
Also they were fully aware that we were going to be parking with them and had our contact details, why did they not contact us instead of waiting for us to call them. Alvis did offer us a discount code, however we will not use them again or Trusted Travel. We have reported both companies to Bristol Airport authorities.
So be warned.
Prompt service but muddy car returned
Prompt service, I was met at the drop-off car park and the car was ready for pick up shortly after leaving the airport customs. The only bad points were the car was filthy, covered in thick mud at the front and looked as though it had been parked under a tree as it was covered in twigs and other tree debris. I was told the battery had gone flat too which it had never done so before when left for more than a week. Not sure what their "secure compound" is, probably a farmer's field or verge! Next time I park at Bristol airport I will pay the extra for a better company or use on-site parking.
Whatever you do DO NOT USE this…
Whatever you do DO NOT USE this 'company!
I booked their 'meet and greet' from Bristol airport to make the journey as stress free as possible.
Upon my return I was waiting for the driver to turn up with my car, When he arrived I noticed that the one of the rear tyres was TOTALLY flat and had been driven like that to the airport.
I asked the driver about this and queried as to why he hadn't noticed the flat tyre along with all the warning lights that were being displayed on the dash. He said he did not notice!
He then asked me if I had an electric pump to put air in the tyre to which I responded I did not. I then proceeded to change the tyre on my own whilst he went in search of a pump.
I discovered a large screw in the tyre the obvious cause of the puncture, the driver returned with a pump, which I told him would be useless on the flat tyre.
He then stood and watched as I struggled on my own to change a very heavy 4 x 4 tyre. He then told me that if I took photos of the tyre and the screw and e-mail to the office, I would be reimbursed for the damage.
This whole process of changing the tyre took 50 minutes, not something you want when you get off a plane!
I then e-mailed all the relevant photos to their 'HEAD OFFICE'.
After several hours, and no response, I called them and spoke to a foreign gentleman who told me he was the owner.
He read my e-mail whilst I was on the phone and told me that he was not going to pay for a new tyre!!!!! He said it was not their fault that the this happened!!! I said that when I dropped my car off it was in perfect condition and was returned to me with a punctured and damaged tyre.
He was very abrupt and said 'whatever we are not paying you'!
I will be taking legal action against this cowboy outfit.....I warn you DO NOT RISK leaving your car with these people.
Excellent service and price
Excellent service and price. Would recommend and use again. A+++++++
Did not turn up - would not recommend
We booked this company for our holiday car parking at Bristol airport but they did not turn up!
No one answered the phone when we called 20 minutes before arrival at the airport as instructed and still no one answered after 14 further attempts. No one met us at the airport so we had to use alternative more expensive parking and were lucky there was a space there.
They have refunded our money but no one contacted us to explain; we had to ring them. Would not recommend this company.
