I would recommend 100% the service I received up until the event was amazing. 🤩

Charlotte offered excellent customer service and was always available on the phone with queries.

We hired the bus for my mum‘s 80th Birthday event we had amazing journey.

My friend left a bracelet on the bus and it was no trouble for Charlotte to post it back to us.

We booked for my husbands 40th birthday, a return journey to london. Booking was great. Charlotte was so helpful from start to finish. Louise was our driver. She turned up bang on time and was such a dream. Nothing was to much trouble and we all had the best time. I cant recommend the team enough and can’t wait to book again for another occasion.

The quotation and booking process was easy and communication to check details nearer the time was great. Our driver Louise was just brilliant, really communicative with details and flexible and helpful with pick up at the end of the night. Really helped with making the hen party a success.

Super easy booking process, really communicative team in the lead up and to top it all off, our driver Nathan was absolutely incredible and made the experience so special.

I cannot recommend VIP Party Buses enough. From the initial enquiry with Chantal to booking and meeting the driver on the day, the process was seamless and professional. My daughter & her 13 friends were collected and driven to their prom in style whilst enjoying a party along the way. Would hesitate in booking again!

VIP Party Buses was amazing start to finished, I hired a Lamborghini for my Son Prom 20/6/25….. I first contacted them for a quote as I had no idea what price I was looking at but as a mum you want to fulfil your child’s dream! Within a few hrs I had a reply they asked me a few questions & instantly gave me a quote. I paid the deposit & my date was secure!

Prom day came, Chantal arrived!
WOW the car didn’t disappoint it was Ammmmazzzing my son face as he walked out the door was priceless!

We took photos, my son sat in the car had every picture taken that he wanted & that was a lot 😀 there was no rush he was in his element….. another added Bonus Chantal let him add his music playlist 😀 if you know you know 😀

Book at your peril! I have used this company once before a few years ago so trusted them. I booked a 14 seater and paid a deposit 12 months in advance, it was for a surprise birthday party to/from a venue in London. I assumed all was well as the email trail confirmed everything including my deposit. A few weeks to go and I emailed them to check final arrangements. I was flabbergasted to be told they didn't have a booking form despite the email trail and despite confirming a deposit had been taken from my bank 12 months ago! They are fully booked and will not honour my booking! I pleaded with them not to let me down with a few weeks to go, how am I going to find a replacement for 14 people as a big birthday surprise, they have completely let me down along with all of our guests. I am extremely disappointed and will never use them again. Customer service is shocking, yes I've got my deposit refunded, but that is hardly the point - the surprise event is ruined.

VIP all the way Derek the driver made it more enjoyable a group of loud excited 50 year olds it didnt phase him infact he encouraged us to enjoy every minute what a guy he fellt like family when we were getting off thanks for the memories cheers

I recently booked a party bus for my daughter's birthday party trip into London with her friends. The bus arrived bang on time and with some lovely little party masks and drinks which the kids loved. Louise the driver was brilliant - very helpful and polite and she made sure the drop off and pick up were as smooth as possible which was no easy thing in Central London on a Sunday afternoon. Even when the sat nav took us down some very small country lanes on the way home, Louise didn't even bat an eyelid! Bud has also been very proactive in making sure I get my security deposit back, instead of me having to chase for it which is great. All in all a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Our driver was more than 60 minutes late collecting us and when he did arrive we had to wait a further 25 minutes for him to clean out the bus from the previous guests (totally unacceptable)! As we started our journey to London we were immediately overheating from the hot air blowing out of the so called air conditioning units. No one could stand being at the back of the bus it was that uncomfortable and we had to pull over twice due to this. We were over two hours late to Camden and missed the event we had all got tickets for.
The wine glasses were dirty from previous guests.

To make matters worse they withheld the £250 deposit and blamed us for damage when they has no before photos and they had a party group on the bus in-between dropping us off and picking us up.

Worst service ever!

Booked for my daighters hen do as a surprise for her and her friends.

The bus was exceptionally clean and tidy and the driver couldnt do enough for the girls.

A very good experience for them all and a big thumbs up from dad for makinh her hen do special

What amazing service and the transport was lovely too. Great day out for my daughters first F1 race. Casey was so professional throughout the day and and his service was extemporary, in addition he is such a lovely guy to top it off. Made the day and experience so much better and really glad i booked with them. Defiantly booking with them on our next special day out.

Casey is a credit to the team at VIP party buses - we as a family had a grim 12-18 months and I asked my eldest what she would want to make her primary school leavers party extra special for her and she asked if she could have a party bus for her and her friends to take them to the party and I said no problem - only I hadn’t realised the cost and just as I thought I would have to let her down - the incredible team at VIP party buses went out of their way to make it happen and they managed to work to my budget and helped me keep my promise to my daughter and in turn gave my daughter and her friends a magical entrance to their party and a memory that will last them a life time I’m sure. Casey couldn’t have done more as a driver and he made them feel like royalty and as I was holding back the tears as I dropped my eldest and her friends off he then offered to take me and her little sister home in the bus so she got a little moment of her own too instead of getting in the car with the husband at the venue and making our own way home - such generous acts of kindness that genuinely blew me away - I simply cannot recommend them enough - there are many organisations that could learn so much from the team at VIP party buses and our driver Casey - it’s been such a long time since I’ve dealt with such a personable company who truly values their customers and I’ll never forget what they did for us and I absolutely recommend their services without hesitation - if you haven’t used them or you’re unsure who to go with - choose VIP party bus and ask for Casey is he’s free as he went above and beyond for two little girls and one emotional mummy - leaving us with a memory we can treasure that is priceless to me at least - thank you to the whole team - you were incredible start to finish x

It was for my daughters prom and all the girls thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The team was great, on time and super helpful on the night. Loved the bus, it was the perfect way to get into the city for our special occasion. Would recommend!
