I bought a Arctic Gear Unisex Cozy and warm winter truouser Black/ XL (75-83 KG) at the rate of 39.95 Euro since 20th January 2023. I have received my package yet and they didn't refund my money back either.
Also waiting for ages to receive my bra, hope I have it, and the quality and the size I do not dare to think yet.

Wish I read reviews first. I waited 35 days to receive 3 pairs of fleece-lined jeans. Wish I could upload an image of what was promised and what was delivered. In short I can not wear any of the 3 pairs of pants. They were advertised as high waisted and buttonless. What I got was extremely low cute pants with a button on one side but no cut on the other side so I actually can not button up at all. The pants were also lined with the most revolting prison looking orange fleece.
I was also given an option of 10, 20, and 30% back and eventually got a return email where it's going to cost me money to return to China and I assume they will magically never actually get the parcel. So I'm curious did anyone actually opt for the 30% back and did you get it?
Everything went wrong. I text to Klarna "Good morning, I have been asking for a return form by e-mail for two weeks. Problematic company, difficult to contact. I finally got an address to send my orders to. I have to pay for the return myself, although they cheated me with the waiting time for the shipment. Instead of a few days, I waited a month and a half. I'm not the only one with a problem with Viptie. Please refer to the link. This company is no match for Klarna."
I did order a bra from them. Did get the product after 1 month. I wanted to return it, and it’s impossible to do it. They don’t respond at the phone and by e-mail I am getting only a response with a discount that I don’t want since the product it’s too small for me. Impossible to return the goods and get my money back. Scam of company!
