Absolute red flags from start to finish.

I got on a sales call genuinely open-minded. Instead, I was spoken over, rushed, and treated like an inconvenience. The salesman was rude, dismissive, and clearly not interested in my business, my industry, or the actual problems I explained — despite me spelling them out clearly.

The entire call felt like a low-effort, high-pressure script designed to bulldoze people into paying, not to understand whether the service is even a fit.

The biggest warning sign?
He repeatedly tried to push me towards giving card details before telling me the price. That alone should make anyone pause. When I finally forced the issue, he revealed it was £5,000 per month — and only after more probing did he admit it’s a mandatory 6-month commitment. £30,000 total, hidden until the last possible moment.

When I said I’d need time to think (which is entirely reasonable for a £30k decision), he didn’t try to clarify, reassure, or even end the call politely — he hung up on me.

No professionalism. No transparency. No respect.

On top of that, their online reviews are deeply questionable. They appear heavily incentivised, with people in their free groups being encouraged to leave positive reviews in exchange for “free” content. That makes it very hard to trust what you’re seeing online.

For a company charging “premium” prices, the sales process felt amateur, aggressive, and borderline manipulative. If this is how they behave before taking your money, I wouldn’t want to see what happens after.

I’ve been genuinely amazed by the value in this program. It’s hard to believe this level of content is being given away for free, it’s more practical, structured, and useful than the majority of paid social media courses I’ve invested in over the years.

As a co-founder of Business of Architecture consulting agency and someone actively developing a personal brand, I’m very selective about what I spend time on. Daniel’s material cuts through the noise and focuses on what actually matters: clarity of message, consistency, and execution. It’s immediately applicable, not theoretical.

What I appreciate most is that it respects the intelligence of the audience. There’s no fluff, no over-promising, just clear frameworks, strong principles, and a refreshingly honest approach to building an online presence.

I’d confidently recommend this to anyone serious about building a meaningful personal brand or business online, regardless of where they’re starting from.

I'd been making videos for social media for some time... I mean, the occasional video on facebook. I knew that for the effort (of making one occasional video every once in a while - which seemed like a big effort!) I was definitiely not getting results or any kind of cut through. I guess I knew I needed to lift my game. So I joined Viral Coach. I started with the basic 1 year plan and followed some of the results people were getting - I mean these people were posting 30 videos (or more!) per month. How is that even possible? I had to have a go at this, to 1) get my ideas and concepts out to my audience 2) to clarify my positioning and value points (which I had "sort of ideas" around) and last of all... 3) get inquiries (and sales!). Within 2 months, I was on the 1:1 program. Within a fortnight, I had my studio set up. I was scripting videos for review by the VC team - which initially, I felt were crap... but I was encouraged and supported by people who knew how to get views and structure the video content. I hired a video editor/producer and focused on content and filming. Quickly, I moved to publishing 20 videos a month - I started to get noticed... new followers, likes and even a better understanding of what my business stood for. I haven't got a video with 100,000 views yet... but I'm definitely in with a shot - and besides, I've established a continuous stream of content that is warming my audience, clarifying my positioning and creating video content that can be used in paid advertising on 4 platforms!(and of course the platforms love you because you're providing valuable, educational and interesting quality content). Business turnover and enquires are up by more than 50% and even more importantly... the inquiries from people are better qualified because of the volume and quantity of content put out. People are better able to recognize the genuine authority that I have and are willing to place their trust in me more readily. If you have had feelings like me...uncertain, don't know where to start and need an impetus to get your business firing and recognized - Viral Coach are the people to invest with.

One of the first things you hear when joining viral coach is “there’s no magic bullet to going viral” which gave me a lot of confidence in them immediately. They preach consistency and effort as the way to success then give you all the tools and help you need to then be successful on social media no matter you industry. The hardest part about running a successful business is making decisions that move the needle without killing time and money resources. The free social media course in the skool community is crazy good. Learnt so much and we are already implementing everything.

I’ve been using Viral Coach for a little while now and wanted to share an honest impression. I joined mainly because I wanted more structure in my content strategy, not because I expected some “overnight success,” and so far the program has delivered what it promises: clarity, a system, and practical steps.

Daniel Illes and the team explain things in a straightforward way — no hype, just a clear framework for creating short-form content that actually fits your brand. What I appreciate most is that the guidance feels realistic and doable, even if you already have some experience and aren’t starting from zero.
