Under Section 5 of our Service Agreement Terms, all fees are non-refundable except as provided in Section 6 (the Money-Back Guarantee Addendum and the 1,000,000-View Performance Guarantee).

The Money-Back Guarantee Addendum requires a written refund request to ....... within seven (7) calendar days of the Start Date; that window has now closed.

Section 6 provides that the refund and guarantee provisions are the sole and exclusive remedies for dissatisfaction with the Services.

First of all this is an amazing course which can build strong foundation, blueprint and strategies for video generation in your mind. A step-by-step approach to getting success is needed in Social media content creation, which involves creating content that your audience wants to see and Viral Coach is a free skool community that teaches everything you need to create viral content. Having a strong personal brand, editing videos, and group coaching calls are huge bonuses.

Asking questions in the community and learning from other members' doubts will also help in self-learning.

⚠️ Review: Our Experience with Viral Coach (Read Before You Sign)

We rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending approximately $33,000 with Viral Coach, we feel a responsibility to share our experience so other business owners can make an informed decision.

Major Concerns:

1. Misrepresentation of Results & Expectations
We were sold on a program that emphasized large-scale growth and clear strategic guidance. Six months into the program, the results we could directly attribute to Viral Coach were extremely underwhelming relative to what was presented during the sales process.

Additionally, there was ongoing confusion around performance metrics—what counted toward their “guarantee” and what did not—which became a major point of dispute later. We also learned that any form of paid traffic (i.e. boosted posts or running meta ads which we were doing when before the program started) automatically voids the guarantee, so they do not have to deliver on anything.

2. Lack of Custom Strategy (Template-Based Delivery)
We were promised a customized content strategy and roadmap. What we received were generic, templated documents that:

-Were never reviewed collaboratively
-Did not reflect our brand, voice, or industry
-Appeared to be standard templates rather than tailored plans

Scriptwriting was largely automated through an AI tool, resulting in generic, non-differentiated content that required significant rewriting on our end.

3. Disorganization & Poor Execution
The operational side of the program was one of the biggest issues:

-Content was posted without proper approval
-Videos were published with editing errors
-We had to catch and fix mistakes ourselves
-At one point, we were sent another client’s content
-There were gaps in posting due to lost/mismanaged content

Because of this, we had to maintain our own content calendar just to keep our platforms active which we were told also voids their gaurantee.

4. Constant Turnover & Lack of Accountability
We experienced multiple team member changes/sudden deactivations on slack leading to:

-Conflicting strategies
-No continuity in execution
-Repeated need to re-explain our brand and goals

When issues arose, it was impossible to get access to leadership or meaningful support.

5. Communication Barriers & Escalation to Legal
When we attempted to resolve concerns:

-We were denied phone calls and forced to communicate only via email
-Requests to speak with leadership were repeatedly blocked
-Instead of working toward resolution, the situation escalated quickly to legal threats and collection warnings

6. Disputes Over Deliverables & Metrics
A major issue was disagreement over:

-Whether key deliverables were ever meaningfully provided
-Whether performance metrics included content we created ourselves

We were told our accounts generated over 1.4M impressions, but this included content we independently created and posted—something we explicitly disputed.

💬 Bottom Line

While Viral Coach may claim deliverables were technically “provided,” our experience was that:

-Execution was inconsistent and often careless
-Strategy was not truly customized
-Communication lacked transparency and accountability
-Concerns were met with defensiveness rather than solutions

Most importantly, the overall experience did not reflect the level of service or expertise that was sold to us.

Our advice would be to explore all marketing options before making a decision and getting a legal opinion before signing their contract

The free content I've been watching and learning is so straightforward, easy to implement and GREAT for a true beginner like me. There is zero fluff, its quick, easy to absorb and you feel like you are truly learning not being bombarded and overwhelmed with unnecessary stuff! Daniel's clearly has this down pat and is able to get the important information over to students clearly and concisely.

Just got started with the ViralCoach free program and went through the competitor research and video setup training. So far it’s been solid — the competitor research section in particular gave me a clearer direction on how to actually find and study what’s working instead of guessing. The video setup training was also helpful for dialing in a cleaner, more intentional filming setup.

Launched my company a few months ago and didn't meet the criteria to work with Viral Coach in their paid program. The free resources have been 99% better than the paid freelancers and agency I've worked with so far who took my money and are failing to deliver. Highly recommend them and look forward to working with them soon.
