Super app very helpful

Trying voice clone feather, but each time it says failed contact customer support. On the other hand, nothing happens when I click on the online support option. Totally a waste of time

This is amazing

Where to begin?... I have created custom talking avatars with custom voice cloning before. Now it won't let me do so no matter what - keep getting an error - and support is completely useless and non-existent. I've already paid for an annual subscription. I've barely used the subscription, and I cannot even use it any further going forward.

What's extremely disappointing (and frustrating, to say the least), is that it took a 1-star review to get Wondershare's attention. The support email address provided appears no where on the company's website or any social media channels (in fact there's no email address, anywhere; and the chat support is AI-only; as is the phone support; there's zero human connection for any of Wondershare's apps.

The AI model needs work as it completely changes the image of the person, which isn’t very useful. Images of two people need to align almost perfectly for it to work properly. However, the greatest disappointment is the bias towards light skinned individuals vs. darker skinned or different ethnicities. There isn’t a varied representation of different races of people.

I am so Happy that I discovered Wondershare Virbo video creator and much more to use as well. It is so easy to use and you will be as impressed as I am with the magnificent videos created by the A I in this bargain package. There are so many Avatars to choose from as well as voices that can be used. Highly recommend Virbo

I bought the $199.00 subscription for the option to make up to 20- minute videos. After about 40 seconds the volume begins to decrease and any video after that is unusable. In order for me to make a 5 minute video it takes up to 8-10 clips and much unnecessary editing after.
I have been emailing and messaging them for over a month and sending them copies of the videos with the volume issues. They have responded that yes it's a problem and they will send it to IT. Well, a month later and me sending 2-3 correspondence a week and they respond with emails like they have never heard of the problem, even when I say, please see email below. Absolutely no resolution from the support team.

When I first bought there $18.99 subscription I was able to speak with people, that's why I went ahead with the $199 subscription and now they refuse to let me speak to someone and only give me the run around and repeat the same unhelpful answers that don't solve the problem.

I like virbo, because virbo help me in m'y staduies and i was ceated a lot of beautiful vidio by using it ,i use virbo all the time with many language.

Terrible videos never render always fail there is always an issue.
I never wanted the software its expensive and outdated compared to what is out on the market.
I had a trial that ran over and they never refunded me even though i was just a few minutes over the time.
Repeatedly refused me a refund stay far from this company they are just there to take your money.

I am extremely disappointed with the service.
I purchased the Early Plan on 22/04/25 mistakenly without realizing the 25-minute export limit, which does not fit my needs.

I have only used 3.3 minutes out of 25 minutes (proof attached) and have not utilized the major benefits of the plan. Despite sending multiple refund requests via email, I have received no response from your team.

This kind of poor support forces customers to seek help via consumer protection platforms.

If my refund is not processed immediately, I will be compelled to file an official complaint through:

The body motion feature doesn't always work and when it does, it does not sync up with the voice as scripted. Too much monotone in the voice. It doesn't recognize emotions, pauses or when to slow down.

There are too many things wrong with it not to continue it's use.

I have 3 problems. 1. the time lime doesn't show. 2. not only special characters but also all the texts disappear after downloading. The chatbot tried to help me but no luck. 3. There is no human support available. Totally waist of my time and money. Very dissatisfied. I want to speak to a human who can solve these problems.
