Avoid at all costs - I returned an item as per instructions and have details of recorded delivery but have never received my refund. It was a Christmas gift that didn't fit. After much follow up I was promised delivery of a substituted item but never received it. I lost £100 ordering from this sham of a company

The worst company ever , I spent £39 on a dress that never arrived , I tried desperately for months emailing to costumer service and tried any other possible way of contacting them but was useless , I have always received automated responses back without a solution , they wasted my time and money ,very disappointing ,if you don't want to have the same experience just don't purchase anything from them . The worst online shopping experience ever .

My order from Vircloth has never arrived. I spent $75.05 USD on two outfits to wear to music events. I ordered in July 2025. I have received no information if they are coming.

I ordered what I thought would be a very beautiful blingy dress for my wedding reception and when the dress arrived I was extremely disappointed and was scammed. The dress I received was very thin material, not the same material as I ordered nor did it have any of the bling on it. I don’t ever write reviews however, with this situation I felt it’s necessary, don’t waste your money or time.

SCAM! Take your money and spend it on a real website, stay off the china sites! Not only did they misrepresent what they sell, but when I paid to send it back with tracking they kept telling me I would receive my refund in 10-25 days and never got it. For comic relief I couldn’t figure out how to post the before and after of what I asked for versus what I got. They sent me a piece of see through cloth instead of a chain dress! How these people actually say they’re a ‘business’ is an absolute joke! Please let this review save you from charging back your items like I unfortunately had to.

Scam, never received anything

They steal my money. Never recieve an email or even a message they just want you details to steal your money. IS A TOTALLY SCAM. please BECAREFULL they are selling same dresses that obviously doesn’t exist in almos 6 diferente shops online

I bought 5 dresses, never received them.

Ordered product online, full address populated however unit number did not populate to second line. Several emails later to rectify before item left warehouse in China. All the email responses from the Chinese warehouse focused on the waiting time. Item finally lands in BNE at Aramex depot. I sent extra info that Aramex required. A week later and several phone calls to Aramex re expected delivery time were fobbed off. No further response from Brisbane depot at airport re delivery as was expected after several phone calls to chase up item. Parcel sitting in my city at airport depot and if I want to redirect delivery I have to pay $5? to Aramex. If I want to collect my parcel myself I have to wait a further 24/48 hours for this to be processed n a high possibility of another fee? VIRCLOTH please monitor your chain of suppliers and courier services. This item should have already been delivered and I should have worn it to my function last weekend.
Correct details have been gone over adnauseum with frontline office so why haven’t the depot contacted me to initiate delivery. This is how items get lost or never delivered? Vircloth please investigate this.
