Possibly the worst designed web site…

Possibly the worst designed web site ever. Every click causes a cookie prompt. There's no way of downloading a copy of a claim form - you have to view online. Once you've answered a question there is no way to correct or adjust it. No feedback is given when you upload a document regarding receipt, so you end up uploading things many times, just in case. They send you a security code by email as part of the login process, and these trigger virus alerts and get put in spam. Bluntly, this has been designed by amateurs.
