Honestly, they were on top of everything the whole time they made sure the files for design or top-notch so my product came out good and let me tell you it did and it didn’t take that long from start to finish. Anna is absolutely wonderful. I would use her for any product design packaging.

Scam. Missed deadlines, failing to respond to emails and enough was enough with ‘Muhammad’ who was more interested in getting money than what our needs were. There are thousands of companies out there that will show you true customer support outside of this fake one pretending to operate in the US

Virgin packaging went above and beyond o provide for us the exact product we were needing for our business. They were receptive to feedback and willing to tailor to exactly our needs. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing packaging and will continue to work with them in the future.

I had a very positive outcome. When I first started looking for someone I was not sure if I wanted to use them , because so many people talk about what they can do, but really don't do what they say. I was very happy about not having to pay upfront for design cost. The person I worked with Anna was very patience. I am not good with technology, but she made it very easy for me to understand. It takes time and lots of back and forth emails. The whole process took me months to come up with the final design and sizes of my boxes. I am so Happy with the final results! I highly recommend for people who are looking to custom make boxes for their business.

I deleted my first review of 1 star to update. The order did finally arrive a week after it was promised. Find someone that produces these items within the US. These were shipping from Asia and came through Dubai to get here. Too far of a distance to travel and not have issues. Product arrived and was nice but this was far from a good experience.

Working with Virgin Packaging was easy and they were willing to assist me with our project. The boxes and custom sleeves were done perfectly and delivered as planned.

This is my first time purchasing custom products for my small candle business. The representative Anna was very helpful and fantastic and helped me along the process. I will be ordering more custom products for my business because I am overly happy with my products.

Fantastic experience with Virgin Packaging. I was a bit anxious as I am a small business and it was my first time buying custom packaging but Allen was fantastic. Allen was very quick with responses, catered everything I needed and had great customer service. The packaging I received was beyond my expectations. Quality customer service, quality products.
