Viridian is the South East's specialist home insulation company. We cover Kent, East Sussex, Surrey, Essex, and South London and carry out cavity wall and loft insulation installation and removal services. We take pride in adding value to our customers' homes by providing services of excellent technical competence, tailored customer care, and detailed and informative survey appointments. We also have access to government-initiated funding, offering free or part-funded insulation. Our supervisors and senior installers are employed by us, which means we don't use external subcontractors, and are skilled to a high standard and approved by our system designers. Our loft insulation products are soft, non-itch, non-combustible, with low levels of dust release, and are made of 80% recycled material, which means they do not contain any volatile chemicals. For cavity wall insulation, we use material that has excellent thermal performance. It is also water-repellent, rot-proof, non-combustible and non-toxic in the event of a fire, which makes it durable and reliable in all weather conditions.

The guys were quick and made no mess. They sorted out my loft ladder and fixed why it would not go back ok. The price for the work was good. Very reasonable considering the prices we were previously quoted

Cavity Wall Insulation
The installation of our cavity wall insulation went flawlessly and Viridian were great to deal with from the initial survey through to the install itself. We were kept fully informed at all times and our installers were friendly, tidy and professional.
The insulation itself is strongly recommended - the positive impact was almost immediate, with a noticably more comfortable living environment (the heat retention means a more steady temperature in the house) and we're already benefitting from reduced energy costs.

The process was fully explained to us
The process was fully explained to us. We looked at the videos and decided to go ahead. Barney and Sammy arrived, very nice guys, and we had blue skies ... to start with. As my husband is bed bound I asked to take pictures to show him and Barney did a little video on my phone explaining what they were doing. Near the end of the job the rain started but the guys finished off filling the holes and did a thorough clean up, although the rain gave them a helping hand. Very pleased.

Loft insulation renewed and boarded
Wanted our loft insulation renewed and boarded and they gave a good quote. The guys who came cleared the loft of the old insulation and left everything clean and tidy. Had a problem with some small damage to ceiling due to the fixings which was all sorted out so am overall very pleased with everything.

All our dealings with Viridian have been professional and positive.
They installed cavity wall insulation and loft insulation for us, and from first contact, surveyor and installation, we have been very impressed by the level of service.
Staff at the office are friendly and informative when we have spoken to them on the phone.
The surveyor was very thorough and knowledgeable.
The installer was punctual, respectful of our home, very skilled and tidy.
We also found the price to be very competitive compared to the multiple other quotes we obtained.
All in all, we are very happy with the service we received and would recommend them to anyone.
