This company sent me multiple admins that did not deliver to expectations. In the time it took to keep searching for new admins, many hours in the package I purchased went unused that were not refunded. I kept giving them chances to improve the quality, and in the meantime paying for work I never received. I felt cheated. They make it very difficult to leave once they have your credit card details. My VA has helped on a very unconventional set of tasks that required creativity, and greatly motivated me by having meetings and actively solving problems relating to creation of personal brand logos and the pursuit of my 'style'.

My assistant Rose has made my life so much easier and given me back extra hours of my life. I feel good knowing that I have someone who I can turn to for support. Rose is very reliable and always delivers to a high standard. I have worked with several assistants in the past but nothing compares to the quality and care that Rose gives.

It was great working with Virtalent. They took the effort to select a VA that fit my needs, and their assistance and process are both top notch.

I used their marketing support VA option, and I did not have a great experience with the company. And I feel the quality of the work did not meet my expectations.
