For your limits issue: our system updates automatically your limits based on your usage history and account balance. We can of course increase this on request, after a quick review of your needs.
In your case, it seems your request wasn't in accordance with your history and you failed to provide any justification for it.
We value our customer satisfaction is more important than money, as well as mutual respect.
Your account was deactivated with a negative balance. Defame and threaten our support will not alter our decision.
