The connection between the hose fitting…
The connection between the hose fitting and the bag can be a real problem. Be ultra careful when removing the hose or you will pull the fitting out of the bag. We cut some thin vinyl and reinforced the connection. We are still ultra careful when removing the hose.
The hose fitting needs to be redesigned with a wide flange to sandwich the bag material on both the inside and outside. This would then solve the problem.
That is our only complaint. Otherwise our rating would be 10 stars.

I’m very happy with my unit. It’s easy to use, travels well, I feel more comfortable that my equipment is being cleaned sufficiently. Customer service was professional and pleasant to interact with.

Machine quit on day 2, no help from anyone!
I bought my machine in June, 2020. It stopped working on day 2. I obtained an RMA and immediately returned the machine.
Sadly, that's the whole story! I never received a replacement and I never heard from anyone.
It looks like I fell for a total scam. Please learn from my experience and avoid this company like the plague!

Great product. Awesome customer service. A battery problem with my initial unit was quickly resolved after calling customer service, and a new replacement unit was promptly shipped to me. Very happy with the product and the service!

The Virtuclean is easy to...
The Virtuclean is easy to use. I like that it is not bulky; easy to store when not in use. Material indicated that it would go 7 cleanings on one charge. I got only 6. BUT this may be because I used it as is and did not charge it up fully before using. This may have been obvious but it showed full, AND the material did not say to charge it before use. I suggest that the written material make this clear, either way.
