Excellent work all on time and as described. Work was done promptly and with minimal disruption.

I called Virtue for my annual boiler service and it coincided with me selling my house. They were polite, efficient, highly knowledgeable, clean and honest. All of my questions were answered in a clear and understandable way. They were also Covid-safe, socially aware and I was completely happy with their work. I also obtained paperwork that I have been able to use for my house sale.

Booked this company to do boiler service & maintenance - From the booking to the appointment everything was spot on. Was easy to arrange and the guy they sent arrived on the at the time and day agreed. Friendly and professional, could not fault him. Virtue were fantastic. Very prompt response advice etc after our boiler was classed as unrepairable. Sean came round on weekend with suggestions and after some review felt confident to go with this local firm who could commit to source /install just 2 days later. The team of 3 (Alan, Matt and Lou) worked like Trojans - a 12 hour day and wouldn’t go until they knew my young family had heat and hot water.
Their precautions ( masks etc) to our fear of Covis-19 ( and vulnerable family) was excellent. I am so pleased to find a local very trustworthy firm for needs such as this. They will be servicing our boiler for next 4 years and other needs for much longer
