Robust CRM, with lackluster support and steep learning curve.

My client was on the hunt for an automated CRM and we were tasked to find one for them. We scoured the internet trying to find them a robust and well-reviewed system to which we were introduced to this company. All the reviews were glowing and we felt extremely confident in suggesting this solution. Since then, I have felt nothing but regret regarding that decision. This CRM granted is extremely robust and offers a huge array of features, but support is terrible. When offering such a one-stop-shop solution, you need to have triple-A support. A whole organization will be using this for the day to day activities and waiting 24 hours for a response to a simple question just doesn't work. The learning curve of this CRM is huge. I think working with salesforce is easier than this. Certain features tend to break randomly from time to time and if you contact support you have to wait for a response. Usually, that response is just another question and that tends to go on for a while. We can't call anyone, so you will be spending most of your time in your email or the little chat system on the bottom right. There is a bunch of training which is great but it always ended with "We are sorry, we are running out of time today." We even did a test, to which we didn't ask one question or interrupt once and the training session still ran out of time before they could explain everything that was scheduled.

Pros:
1. Good looking UI
2. Robust Features

Cons:
1. Support
2. Bugs
3. Sold on features that don't actually exist
4. Extremely difficult learning curve.
5. Mobile app has very few features included.
6. The website is not mobile-friendly.
7. Expensive.
8. Training
