100% a scam.
When I got my confirmation email, it said my package would be delivered to my address, only the state was somehow changed/incorrect?? I emailed trying to have it changed, and no response. USPS somehow delivered it close by, and someone signed for it my tracking number said. But I have reached out 3 times via email, no response, and their online “chat” is literally Only an automatic response when you pick one of the prompts they provide. When you type a message, nobody responds. I wouldn’t even order this off of Amazon because they are a fraudulent company clearly!
And I wish I knew what they sent to the wrong address.
I wish I would have found these reviews sooner, the fact that they threatened a customer is insane and a huge red flag!! I never would have ordered.

They did finally email me back.
For some reason their first reply went into my junk mail… I’ve never had that happened when I’ve been the one to email first? They replied again to my 3rd email and they started it with “Really? We’ve been in contact with you.” Very unprofessional. They said they don’t know where I saw the wrong address, when it’s on my confirmation email. They offered me a replacement but I’m just not doing it since I am almost positive they are just scammers I don’t want what they have to send and I already disputed it with my credit card. It’s very obvious the incorrect address was done on purpose.
Not to mention the second email I got came from a very very weird email, it had the company name, but when you click on it to see the email it’s like the ones when you get a spam text ”@crm.wix.com”

Scam. Ordered in june. It's september now and I still have not received my device. Send many emails, never got an answer. Now my creditcard company is getting my money back for me, they are sending me a threatening email that I have to return the device or else... But how can I send something back I have never recieved? Stay away from this company!

They took $174 Australian dollars off me and never sent the product. I tried to contact them through their email, facebook and the live chat and they didn't respond to either, and then the phone number they provided was disconnected. I had to cancel my credit card to ensure they didn't use the details to steal from me.

I placed my order end of november last year... 5 and a half months ago. They took my money immediately of course and then nothing. I never got the product. After a couple of months "Steve" said that he was going to put a trace on the package. I have written in their chat multiple times throughout these months and no reply. I have written to all 'support' and 'info' emails I have found. No reply. If this isn't a scam I don't know what is. I hope this review can help others from losing their money.
