Update on my April 1 review of Virventures. I agree that there should be a negative star rating for this company. I am out-of-pocket $191 on a $333 purchase for dealing with these crooks. Avoid them a... See more

Scammers
I ordered a dining room set through Sears and they were the 3rd party vendor, they sent incorrect shipping info and were unreachable by phone, I then requested cancellation after not receiving proper customer service or the item several times, and they ignored my request to cancel for two weeks. I now had to have a dispute opened for any money paid to be refunded, which is still pending. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are in India, they don't answer phones, they give fake shipping info, and they refuse to cancel orders when told to do so.
Beware: Horrendous Experience with Virventures
I had an incredibly negative experience with Virventures, and I am compelled to share my dreadful experience. Virventures' conduct has been nothing short of deplorable.
From start to finish, their customer service was nothing short of a nightmare. Their indifference and complete lack of professionalism left me feeling disrespected and utterly disregarded as a customer.
After receiving a damaged item from Virventures I encountered nothing but frustration throughout the return process. Their disregard for my concerns and refusal to honor their own policies is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Virventures if they value quality service and customer satisfaction.
They consistently failed to address my concerns adequately, showing a complete disregard for my rights as a customer. Their repeated excuses about relying on manufacturers and carriers were nothing more than feeble attempts to shirk their responsibility. As a seller, it is their duty to ensure a seamless shopping experience, but they fell embarrassingly short. Their refusal to honor the return policy and their failure to provide a timely resolution were deeply disappointing.
Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding the 30-day return window and their subsequent denial of my claim showcased their deceptive practices. It is abundantly clear that Virventures places profit above customer satisfaction and fails to uphold their obligations as a reputable seller.
Based on my harrowing encounter, I deeply discourage doing business with this company. Save yourself the anguish, frustration, and wasted time by exploring alternative sellers who prioritize customer service and accountability.
Horrible company that scams people…
Horrible company that scams people throw their third party selling account which they have with Walmart

Runaround on rain soaked sofa. Out $1200. Avoid this company.
Ordered a sofa, delivery was delayed multiple times. Received a message stating there was a problem with the delivery and I could request a refund. I requested cancelation of the order and a refund only to have the sofa dumped off in the rain later the same day, no appt. to deliver, no knock at the door. Went through over a month of auto replies "sorry for the inconvenience we have escalated your issue" over and over. Never able to reach anyone in customer service. Finally received an email stating they would refund 20% on a rain soaked sofa for an order I had canceled. Not acceptable. No one truly working in customer service-just auto replies. Doubt I'll ever see a refund of any sort and they don't care. Do NOT do business with this company or order anything through Amazon from VirVentures. You will be given the run around and lose money.
Ordered a pair of boots from them on…
Ordered a pair of boots from them on Amazon. They were too big; I packed them up in the original packaging and returned them the next day. Upon receipt if the boots, seller deducted $46.00 from my refund claiming I didnt return the boots in the original condition. When I asked him for a photo of what he was referring to, he was unable to provide proof.
VirVentures will steal your money.
One star is being way too generous to VirVentures.
I purchased a vanity from VirVentures through Amazon on 10/27/22. They sent the wrong item and when I tried to contact them all I got was auto replies.
Amazon finally contacted them for me and I was told to return the vanity for a refund. I not only had to transport a 50lb box for shipping but I had to pay for the return shipping and insurance for it. VirVentures received the return on 11/17(they had to sign for it). On the same day I received a message from VirVentures saying that I hadn’t returned the item and they were not refunding my money. So now they have their item and they can sell it again while they keep my money.
I have tried to call them several times but they just put calls in a phone queue which nobody answers.
Now today(11/23) I received another message from VirVentures asking me to remove my negative review from Amazon because it affects their rating and their employee morale. They still have not refunded my money and they expect a withdrawl of a negative review?! They could at least give me my refund first.
I have the impression that their business practice is to ignore you and avoid giving refunds in hopes that you’ll give up and they can keep your money.
Avoid buying from VirVentures unless you like to waste your time and give away your money.
Order cancelled suddenly after 4 days without explanation, item relisted for significantly higher price, no correspondence
Ordered an item on Amazon (sectional sofa). After several days of waiting for an update on shipping, the order was cancelled without any explanation. The same item is listed, but for almost 50% more than the price I purchased it for. No response after sending messages to them. Stay away from this company. You may be left frustrated and disappointed.
BEWARE - Scam
This company is downright disgusting! Long review but please read and BEWARE! I purchased an island for my kitchen and when I opened it I was very upset to see that several of the pieces were damaged beyond repair. I was even more upset that it was quite clear as you can see in the photos attached; that these pieces were broken when they put the pieced into the box. The box itself was not damaged the actual pieces inside were bent, broken and had some sort of dirt/black smudges on them. To start I thought it would be like any other amazon return where i get a label and drop it off and instantly get my refund. NOPE, I had to coordinate with the seller. So after a week of waiting I had to have amazon get involved for them to even respond to me and that is where it gets ugly. I received this “letter” from them which basically stated that I was responsible for the cost of returning this item and it had to be through FedEx. This package weighed well over 100lbs and was in a large box, shipping cost was nearly $400; more then the actual product itself. The letter also stated that in returning the item I was accepting the fact that if the item was returned damaged in anyway I will only get a 10/20/30% refund based on the condition of the product and that I was not entitled to a full refund at all. During this entire MONTH long process I received 2 separate messages from the “manager” with a rather threatening message which was basically written and perceived as “if you don’t remove your negative feedback we will prolong this as long as possible and may not even complete your refund for you.” They wanted me to remove my feedback to give them the “will” to complete this return for me during this “difficult time.” The will to complete this return is that you sent me a completely broken product and you WILL be paying for the return shipping and you WILL be giving me a full refund regardless of the condition you receive it in. Long story short, Amazon got involved made them pay the return shipping and refund me 100%. But it literally took a month and a few threatening emails back and forth with this disgrace of a company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!!
Ripoff M****ers doesn't cover these…
Ripoff M****ers doesn't cover these a-h***s Never...NEVER(!!) trust this company to do anything other than rip you off thoroughly!
Delay with my order.
I've not received a reply to ask when I will receive my order. It has been 11 days since I placed and paid for my order. I have offered to pay extra for faster delivery. I've had no response.
Like so many others
Like so many others, I found out too late about VIR Ventures and their unethical sales practices.
This purchase that I made was a SCAM from the very beginning and I feel worse for being outright lied to even once I became aware of what VIR Ventures was doing, than I do about losing $200.00.
The incorrect item descriptions which is blatant false advertising, failure to offer purchase confirmation info, unavailable delivery tracking info, incorrect product delivery, blatant scam "delivery confirmation email" with the product number and item description that is totally different than what you thought you bought and is sitting on your front porch, contacting them via email to complain about product delivered being different than described, and insulting customer service once you are aware that your complaint email will be ignored
and you'll have to call them... are all something to make your day because you had several hours to kill anyway.
You'll have to call this company VIR Ventures and if you can remain diligent and get through to an actual person... it's just the beginning of the nightmare.
After they've bounced you around to several "departments," they will still make you again email them with your complaint for "review." Don't get your hopes up, they are only going to insult you and offer you a 10% discount to keep the item and "gift it to somebody."
They have already stolen your money and will keep as much as they can "legally" but unethically by making you pay to return the item. That's as far as I have gotten thus far with them at this point. They have not replied to my email with my request for a Return Authorization reference number. From what I've read since I became aware, they will also be charging a restocking fee and/or used product fee, and so from the $200 that I spent to purchase these running boards for my vehicle, I will have spent $50 to return the falsely advertised product and over $100 will be deducted from my refund for opening the box and discovering it was the wrong Item once it was delivered.
So I will probably get refunded a total of $50 from my $200 purchase and have nothing to show for it but wasted money, time and energy to send back a product that they will just scam somebody else with all over again once it's back in their hands!
I looked online immediately after my purchase because I got no confirmation email and the item was "no longer available" because I got the last one (haha.) Well, several weeks later it's back online with the false ad description all over again, showing just how much they care that I made them aware that their description for the item was wrong. Not only do they not care, but it's blatant false advertising and unethical sales practices. I don't know how anybody that works for this company sleeps at night.
Any manufacturer that allows VIR Ventures to sell their product is a company that will no longer get me to purchase the item from them ever again. I don't care if they sell the only food left on earth, I'll hunt my own. I'm also starting my own personal boycott of products with APS and iBoards, whom after I called to inform what happened were polite but showed no integrity or motivation whatsoever to contact this seller and tell them to do the right thing.
I know many companies that have good business ethics and care about the end users of their product, and that is only where my money will go from now on. My current vehicle, and any other vehicle I ever own, will now NEVER have anything manufactured by APS on or in it, and if I ever hear that any of my friends are shopping for their product they'll get an earful from me about my experience and just how disgusted I am about it. I will never buy anything from a company that allows VIR Ventures to be their 3rd party seller for the item I'm shopping. Sorry Sears Holdings, sorry Walmart, sorry eBay, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, (yes they ALL allow this company VIR Ventures to sell on their platforms) if VIR Ventures is attached to your product, I'm out! I don't care about any of the Money Back Guaranteed policies, if I didn't get back either all of my money for incorrect product delivery OR the right product in exchange for being lied to in a supposed fair seller/buyer platform, what are your ethics for hosting such an environment?
As so many have said, what a shameful and unfortunate situation for all involved. We can only try to help one another by spreading the word. The 10/100 rule still works, it just takes time!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
Ordered a product, cancelled order within an hour (twice). I received shipment notification before hearing from them at all and requested that they contact the carrier to cancel delivery. They were incapable of doing that. The package was delivered and has been sitting exactly where it was left. They want me to pay for return shipping - despite the written claim that returns are fully refundable within 30 days with the exception of damaged product. First, they are trying to charge me return shipping. Second, I literally have not touched the box and I will not be held responsible for damages, especially with a company who has a reputation for shipping damaged goods! Horrible customer service. Not even about the money, it's the principle. I despise dishonesty. Stay away from this company - they are HORRIBLE to deal with.

Purchased product on Amazon. Possible Scam
Purchased product on Amazon. Received a damaged product. Contact this seller. THREE weeks later still haven't received a return label. A RETURN LABEL. Kept delaying & lying by saying things like "The return warehouse was closed last week." Called their customer service number numerous times during business hours & no one EVER picked up. Contacted numerous times by emails & only got excuse filled messages with bad English/grammar. Fortunately called Amazon directly & they made it right. This company presents like a scam. Not worth the risk. Buy elsewhere.
Excellent Purchase Experience
I am really pleased with my purchase experience (vitamins for pet parrots). I have ordered from them before with great service and I will order again. Their prices are competitive, the service is kind, and shipping is fast. Thanks Virventures!

Buyer Beware
Ordered six jelly jars
from Vir Ventures. Arrived on time via FedEx, but three were totally smashed, with glass chards everywhere. I carefully bundled the mess in newspaper and dumped it.
Notified Vir Ventures, who requested a photograph, which I was unwilling to provide since the mess was in the garbage. I suggested they talk to Amazon, since my record should be good- unlikely for a swindler. Received no response. Will try out the Amazon guarantee next. Vir Ventures ratings are awful, so why does Amazon retain them as providers?
Check before you buy from Amazon, buyer beware.
Experience is currently extremely bad
Experience is currently extremely bad, no communication with me other than taking payment via ebay then telling me they can't supply my order. AVOID AT ALL COST.
