Signed up for both notifications and autobooking for different persons. They work pretty well. Their support team (Arina, Danis and Vlad) were great. They dont leave you ignored and answered all the questions that I've had. I've had some issues while trying to get appointment but not related with visabot. It works fine, price is reasonable. I'd rather to use them instead of paying the visa companies much more just for an appointment.

But then I learned, further supported by Trustpilot reviews, that Visabot.eu is one of those legitimate and highly rated companies. The ratings are well earned. Visabot.eu provides autobooking, beyond auto alerts, which not all such businesses do. It costs more, but it was well worth it. I spent over five weeks checking all day for appointments on my own and got nowhere. I was seeking the more challenging double appointment of a residency visa, too. Customer support was quickly and very responsive to multiple messages from me. They were flexible in handling my request to try speed things up. In the end, I got back to back appointments, within the specific date parameters I had set, in just about a week. And everyone was so nice! You can tell I was please with the service. :)

This works! Visabot is fantastic! After trying for 4 frustrating months to get an appointment the old-fashioned way, I signed up for Visabot. I used it for a long-stay appointment for Portugal. I got my appointment very quickly - in less than a week. The actual appointment was for a date less than two weeks away, which is atypically quick, so make sure you have all long-lead items like the apostilled FBI background check ready before you make your appointment. I highly recommend Visabot - would use it again in a heartbeat, and feel it was great value for the money.

Yes, it's been a relatively good experience; it works, but it needs improvement in the punctuality of the notifications, and there are days when the bot doesn't even notify you.

The bot does what it should and everything is quite easy and intuitive. Support is also great, although it make take some time to respond, but I had no issues when needed an urgent response. The best thing is that you can see that the team is not just deployed the bot and forgot; no, they are actually monitoring changes and improving the bot as per the latest changes. In overall: it booked me a slot for a visit in a week within 3 days in November.

i would recomand using this bot at 100%. It notifies you everytime slots are available which is very helpful because I don't always have time to refresh the official site to find appointments. Its my 3rd time using it

I have used visabot for Schengen visa appointment alerts, and it was very helpful knowing when appointments had come out so that I could book. There is still a lot of pressure for appointments but it helps to know when they come out. The support are also very helpful, and provide quick feedback.
