They communicated effectively with regard to some issues in regard to documentary requirements. The only problem was that after the initial document transfer, my Gmail account transmission kept failing. I am not sure whether it was on my end or theirs where the fault lay. Fortunately Whatsapp saved the day as I did not encounter any problems. The team were extremely helpful in finalising my visa in a timely manner.
