I ordered 3 bracelets and charms as 3…

I ordered 3 bracelets and charms as 3 individual xmas presents and they all came in one pouch. This means 2 came without anything to go in and more importantly without a tool. very disappointing for the money spent

Blocking anyone who asks questions or…

Blocking anyone who asks questions or kindly criticizes you is a great way to destroy your reputation and drive away future customers. It’s a shame, I was planning on getting a few charms for my mother’s original nomination bracelet, but I was told that the bracelet was “low quality” and “drop shipped”. when I pointed out that my mother got the bracelet in directly from a nomination store in Italy in 1993, I was blocked. Will definitely be looking somewhere else for those charms.

Regarding our charms, we want to clarify that we are not a dropshipping company. Our charms are designed and manufactured in a selected facility, using high-quality stainless steel and advanced welding techniques, not just simple adhesive bonding. We also conduct rigorous quality control and ship directly from our warehouses in Paris.

Delivery was fast and smooth. Product meets or exceeds my expectations (with the remaining bracelet links, I was able to make a ring).
