I engaged Visas Avenue for Australian immigration services, paying approximately ₹80,000. After over a year, my experience has been marked by months of communication gaps, frequent case manager changes (three different managers), zero follow-ups, and broken commitments.

Every time I escalated, I was promised better service and every time, the same pattern repeated. When it was time to collect payment, I received daily calls. When it came to delivering the service I paid for complete silence until I escalated.

I work abroad and chose Visas Avenue hoping they would be a reliable partner for this important journey. Instead, this experience has caused me immense stress, frustration, and emotional exhaustion.

I would not recommend Visas Avenue to anyone.

They took my money and never actually delivered. It’s a full on scam. Never pay the money I lost 1.5 lakh.

I believe a company’s standards and trust level are reflected by the skills, knowledge, and behaviour of the employees who represent it. Unfortunately, my experience with Visa Avenue was extremely disappointing.
I received a call from someone named Priyanka, who introduced herself as a consultant. From the start, she was very rude, inattentive, and did not allow me to explain my profile or background. Her understanding of my L&D/administrative/global profile was almost zero, and she did not even try to listen when I explained my past challenges with other consultants who failed to understand my professional experience.

Instead of understanding my resume— which summarises 14 years of experience— she kept interrupting and dismissing my points. I even suggested she look up L&D professionals online for clarity, but she showed no interest. Her behaviour was arrogant and unprofessional throughout the call.

There was no proper explanation of services, no job assistance details, no profiling discussion— nothing. She directly started talking about payment. When I politely asked if I could speak with someone else since she was not letting me talk, she rudely refused and ended the call abruptly.

If this is how a consultant behaves, it reflects poorly on the company’s culture. My experience leads me to advise others to be cautious. In my opinion, the service structure feels unclear: no IELTS preparation, no proper guidance, no refund policy, no job assistance, no profiling— yet they expect high fees from clients.
A company should first invest in well-trained, knowledgeable, and respectful employees. Sadly, this interaction left me with a very negative impression.

We must have committed a mistake trusting Visa Avenue with our life-changing decision. We paid a huge price — financially and emotionally — for relying on your agency with our hard-earned money and precious time. Once the payment was made, there was no follow-up, no accountability, and no regular communication from your side.

We chose Visa Avenue assuming they would at least handle documentation diligently and keep a check on important records. Unfortunately, they failed miserably. Our PTE expired in March 2025 and EOI expired in May 2025, yet no one bothered to inform or remind us of these critical deadlines — something that forms the very core of their service.

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The decision to go ahead with Visa Avenue remains one of our biggest regrets. We will make sure to create awareness among prospective clients to stay away from Visa Avenue and avoid going through same ordeal.

I had a terrible experience with Visa Avenue Bangalore. They made big promises but failed to deliver. It felt like they were only interested in collecting my hard-earned money without providing any meaningful service. I do not recommend Visa Avenue Bangalore to anyone. Be cautious and do thorough research before committing to their services.

Visa Avenue is a fraudulent company. They sold me a service which wasn't even launched in India completely. I paid a hefty amount and received no direction or information. During the course I received incorrect information as well which severely ruined my chances of ever getting a visa. The communication is non existent. The case manager is severely incompetent. I have escalated several times and have received no resolution. I am considering legal action

Choose any company in this world for PR consultation but not VISA AVENUE (FRAUD ALERT)
They will promise, show interest and take your money for consultation. Later they will lie, no updates and ruin your profile, wastage of time and money.
They changed my case manager 5 times in a year, everytime i ask for update for multiple times received a lame response. Multiple escalation to management with no resolution. An honest advise to you all, please beware this company is not trustworthy and loot your money.

Visa Avenue is a truly fraud company. They are keen to get money from you and do nothing. They keep on changing the representatives, so that you will not be able to get the proper information. All promises made by Visa Avenue are fake, they are only interested in fetching money and close the case, NOT INTERESTED IN POSITIVE RESULTS.

Kindly don't trust Visa avenue and pay the full fee.. these fellow won't refund if u want to discontinue ... Such an scammers... Especially Chennai marketing team is fraud..

I would like to thank Visas Avenue team (Ms.Dolly Breet Das and team), for helping us get our Study visa and Open Work Permit visa smoothly and on time. Although the complexities of our case were very high due to the differences in nationalities of me and my wife, but visa avenue team guided us at each step very well.
