Excellent and friendly service and follow up process.

I was absolutely delighted to use Visaworld services. They were most professional and meticulous in their approach. The Government Visa I needed was only available through one of the most user "Unfriendly" website systems I have ever encountered. As with most commercial organisations no human interaction (i.e. phone contact and assistance was possible). If this country was a business it would be insolvent. Happily through the good offices of Adrienne in VisaWorld all of my problems were resolved with a with my passport returned complete with Visa stamp well before my departure and my stress levels reduced considerably.

Adrienne and her team were fantastic. I needed a Chinese visa for a business trip. They guided me the whole way through the process. Explained in detail what was required, checked all documents in advance. Met me personally at the visa centre. Guided me through the process there and minimised my queuing and waiting times. All round excellent visa service. Application for China visa for business visit. Comprehensive help to ensure my visa application was done correctly and all associated documents in hand and then met me at the visa centre (for the now required in-person visit) to navigate the lines and submit the papers successfully. Passport received with visa, in the post, with a week. Would 100% recommend for worry-free, assured service.

Adrienne was quick, efficient and friendly. Recommended by someone I trust in the first instance and fully deserving of that in a complicated, time-pressured situation. She helped check forms were correct in the first place saving a Post Office visit as well, thinking through the timing between different country regulations and everything was then taken care of their end. Well worth the money for the easy process and now two shiny passports have arrived safely!

I phoned for advice and instead of getting me an appointment to see them Adrienne listened kindly to my story about trying to get an Australian Tourist Visa and advised me to
just wait a bit longer for the system to work . She was so kind on the phone and hopeful it made my stress levels drop. Hoping she is right. All Will Be Well

Saved my holiday were able to secure me a 1 week fast track appointment as soon as they could which they then travel to and process everything for you the entire process is easy simple and you can contact them whenever and they get back to you asap they were able to secure me an appointment within a week of me using their service when I had 0 luck for 2 months and I was able to get my passport within 4 days of them attending the appointment with special thanks to Adrienne

Very helpful lady assisted me today. Called me back within an hour and offered very sensible advice. Unfortunately I have left it too late to hurry my passport application from Passport Office. I wish I had gone with VisaWorld in the first place.
