You don't often get the chance to meet someone you've been seeking for a long time. VM is that person. He could easily improve his own skills for personal gain, but he chose to return and be with those who are facing struggles he once experienced.

Have you ever seen movies where a character declares they won't let anyone else suffer the way they did? That's VM! Let's appreciate this man for his dedicated efforts. He helps you move past those persistent, troubling thoughts that linger in your mind. Hats Off to the Man who wants to solve one of the major concerns. I am hoping that I'll be his Arjuna!

It was quite systematic way that the sessions went on. The attendees can take out a lot of values out of the sessions, especially those who are desperately looking for a change. Lot of life lessions too make it a good blend.

We in our life build assets and focus on either doing job or building our own business but we don’t focus on another infact most important aspect. Any guesses !! Well it is we ourselves. The biggest learning was if we invest in our self development, we can definetely excel in our life and build assets, which will be the secondary effect of taking action on self. This is what this institute teaches you well. So if you are looking to invest on yourself, do come and join here. But here is the catch - they can show the path but it all depends on actions you take post this session in your life. If you don’t take action, nothing is going to change in your life. Another thing if you want someone to handhold on actions then that leads you to phase 2 but remember Lunch is not free !!! Keep learning and keep growing. They are definetely a must stop in our journey of life to groom ourself and become version 2 ourselves - better and confident. So now ready to excel ?? 😃

My Masterclass followed by 3 days (30 hours) CGE program. I must say, it's an eye opener in bringing the clarity where I am in my career and what is happening around the world. Tools we discussed are of immense importance and the entire session was well conceived. "Hope to get a CGE certificate :)". Thank you Vishal and Team. Great learning experience (overall - mindset, spiritual, personal and professional growth aligned). Thank you!

Mornings begin with intense exercise, and evenings conclude with thankfulness; both sessions are full of fun.
They helped us realize our current situation. 3W, 3C, and 3R were taught to us. as well as staged interviews. Creating a LinkedIn profile. a plethora of testimonies from both mentors and clients. Everyone involved will undoubtedly experience a metamorphosis down the road.

The three days of vishal's CGE gave me a totally different perspective on how to assess your skill sets and grow in this competitive corporate world. My ultimate take away mantra was specificity sells, so, differentiate yourself and create a personal Brand for yourself. I would Highly recommend this career grooming event for all aspiring mid-career corporate colleagues. My heartfelt gratitude to Visha Manocha and his team for this lively fun filled event. I learnt so much that, In this 3 days event, mera paisa wasool Hogaya!

It was amazing. Taking massive action by not waiting for clarity was one major thing that I am is going to transform my life. Gratitude is very amazing life peacefulness that is unforgettable. I invested my 3 days in this grooming myself. Iam taking a lot from this now forward towards growth.

After multiple advertisements in Youtube or Insta, spent Rs.99 initially for his 3 hour masterclass. On the 3 hour masterclass he has spent hardly 45-60 minutes for his DRESS framework. But he was marketing for his 3 days CGE worth 10K. Close to 2 hours he was marketing & waiting for payment progression for 3 day Event announcing additional bonus benefits,.

I was thinking and 3 days event might useful and Salary double-X mantra would be revealed completely. But On these 3 days event, the content he covered has not new (which covered in masterclass) and just elaborating the DRESS framework little bit. Believe me this content could be covered in 6-8 hours max. Rather we were ended sending up our valuable time of 33+ hours with him on this 3 days.

I personally feel he was marketing his next CGM course which is worth 3 Lakh.
I understood that he has been doing Masterclass, followed by 3 days event and 12 weeks Mastermind sessions. You dont have option to join in between except this 3 days event. Means... Lot of unknowns.... Which made me to step back.
I dont think this is a scam. But not sure how this is going to be useful for 12 weeks as I didn't satisfy on the 3 days event.
I had many expectations based on promotions and hype. But not delivered as per the expectations. I personally left my family at in-laws house for this 3 days event and which is not justified. Waste of my time of 3 days. Better I would have stopped with masterclass.

Pain Point: If I would like to get his mentorship in future, again I have to register for his Masterclass followed by 3 days event which is worth of Rs.10099 (as on date). They may consider to change this model.

Verdict: This 3 days event is 80% marketing and 20% content covered.

Highly informative session with lot of eye-opening information. I strongly recommend one must attend.

The past three days have been incredibly enriching, inspirational, and motivating. During this session, I learned various factors that can accelerate both our professional and personal growth. It was a wonderful experience working with mentor Vishal, as well as other experienced mentors and industry leaders, who provided invaluable insights on career improvement and redefining the processes we follow. It was a great 3 day Transformational CGE event by Vishal Mocha and team. The energy was great through out all the 3 days especially Vishal and Geetanjali. The 3 key take aways from this 3 day CGE event are as follows:
1. A Strong Identification of Differentiator Statement compared to others in the external world is very much required for the carrier growth.
2. The usage of linked in tools is the key for success in the job market.
3. The 3C's for elevator pitch and identification of classification of senior management, is a must of exposure management.

Overall the event is a Transformational Event that has given me the transformation steps from Me Too to Me Only and has thought me all the key Massive Actions that needs to be taken in the future days.

I have taken lots of positive energy from this event and will definitely take all the Massive Actions required for the success in career growth.

It was wonderful attending 3 day workshop although I had attended only 2 days due to Some issues.
Too many valuable inputs about how to build relationships with Boss and Visibility with Sr Management, Then todays session with Sugeeta Madam, Eram about skillset for inteviews , do's and don'ts .
And above All Ofcourse Guru Vishal Manocha, Definitely would like to associate with you n team in future too...
