Very simple and straightforward company. I have had no issues with reception anywhere where I go. The billing is very simple and no “mystery bills“ at the end of each month. I am so glad I made the switch! This company is awesome.

I spoke with customer service many…
I spoke with customer service many times. I had a phone lock issue they were not interested in helping. I had service issues, they blamed my phone. I received $7 compensation for hours trying to resolve both issues (this phone was part of the agreement I signed and they still refuse to help)
These people are not interested in providing customer service, yet they offer a great deal when things work right. My previous experience was exceptional. Ya never know.

Easy and affordable
Super easy!!! Their CHAT associate helped me change the SIM card, get the system up and running. Unlimited talk and text etc only took a few mins. I am thrilled with the service. It has never dropped, never any interrupted service !!!!!!!! I got the $19 a month deal for a year. I cant thank Visible enough.

Check all your options first…
Visible needs to learn some life flexibility, at the stroke of midnight on your due day if your account is not paid, bye bye service, please someone tell them it’s 2026 and life is coming at us hard, a day grace period or similar would be a lot better than having us hate your guts and immediately start looking at other cheap options as there are several. If there was a score lower than a 1 that’s what you deserve, wake the phuck up.

I’ve been using Visible for years , since before the pandemic , and I’ve never had anything but good service and excellent interactions with your representatives .. I had to cancel my server for a little bit due to a lull in employment but as soon as I was able I returned.. thank you .. great job

But having used this service for 2 months now, I really don't think I'll be needing them. The sign up to connection process was seamless and the calls and apps have continuity. No dropped calls, no buffering. I made a good decision in choosing them.
