Ordered something 2 months ago and my credit card was immediately charged. I have received nothing. The shop app says “waiting for details.” I emailed multiple times with no response from the company, no updates on my order. All their social media is non existent, which leads me to believe I’ve been scammed. Do not order from them!

I have now been waiting more than a month for my order I’m very disappointed with their customer service I have been repeatedly ignored

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company on 11-30. I have yet to receive it. I have not heard back from them either. I’ve sent numerous emails inquiring about my order and no response. Many reviews state that the quality of their clothing is great, but I wouldn’t know. They charged me for the item I ordered but I still don’t have it! I’m disappointed and very frustrated!

this is the first time writing a review, visio's clothing is top tier i got the grey joggers for my birthday they are perfect so soft not cheap materials but i will be returning them as on my behalf i got a size M which is to big for me

We just purchased a Visio TV for our RV and when we tried to set it up it told us to call a phone number after scanning the QR code. When I called they took the QR code and then proceeded to tell me there is a $49 activation fee. I told him I’m not paying an activation fee on top of buying the TV. He said all manufacturers charge that for the smart TV and I told him that’s not true we just purchased a O.N.N. for the bedroom and all we did was plug it in and do a couple things and we got a beautiful picture. I told him we would return the tv to the store. He hung up on me. We’ve bought Visio TVs in the past and been happy with them. But paying a company an activation fee on top of purchasing their TV is just wrong. I’ll use a Roku with the old TV first or go purchase another O.N.N. I’ll never buy from Visio again.

No question on the quality of Visio products, I just wish they paid the same attention to customer service and their returns policy. I attempted to return a tracksuit due to it not fitting my son, Visio have stopped responding to my e-mails with tracksuit arriving back in the UK on 13th January 2025 after posting to Germany on the 28th Nov 2025. Item not collected from delivery location detailed on Visio website with poor comms from Visio throughout the return. I now have a £150 tracksuit that is of no use to me based on it not fitting. Be aware that if you order and it doesn't fit, unlikely you'll be able to manage a return. Very disappointed and won't be using them again.

The quality of the products is amazing! The fabrics used feel luxurious & I’m in love with the unique designs! I will definitely keep an eye on future releases.
