The most stream-lined refinance I have ever done. We use Visio frequently to help our investors cahs out refinance into perm financing. Visio only has 30 day seasoning and processes everything. Our rep john Sperling is very helpful and extremely responsive!

I needed to do a cash out refi with a blanket mortgage for 6 townhouses in SC. Visio was able to provide that loan on a 30yr fixed rate. The whole process was smooth from start to finish with Visio. Nick Marrone and Victoria Robinson were fantastic, knowledgeable and always communicated with me and responded to questions right away. My experience with Visio was great and I will be using them in the future.

Process has been quite smooth. Did not have any issue in many loans I did.

Tracy Gordon was really good provide loan information and detail explanations about his clients’s loan.

The document review process with Insurance companies is unnecessarily vague. I would recommend physically writing onto borrower's policy, the changes that need to be made. So, when the borrower sends the docs the first time, Visio should not cut and paste a response. Instead they should take the borrower's documents, and write directly on the documents the changes that need to be made, then send back to the insurer. I've gone through this process three times and it is brutal and takes weeks, when it could be streamlined by Visio being specific and writing directly on the document so that the insurer sees the changes. For example, I could tell someone "the ice cream store is around the corner" but then they would need to follow up with multiple question, or I could circle the corner on a map and get it done immediately without hundreds of emails back and forth.

Tracy at Visio Lending had to take over 19 properties for a client of mine after we were already well into escrow. He jumped on it and got approval, appraisals and title organized. We would not be able to have done this without him. He communicated the whole way through and was so efficient! I cannot give him enough praise. Great job Tracy and Visio Lending!!
