I have been receiving support from Hannah in terms of the purchase of additional shares of my shared ownership property and the necessary work to line up the relevant mortgage products. Hannah has been incredibly helpful, she is very responsive and her responses are helpful and informative. Her support has been invaluable in navigating what would otherwise be a very tricky process.

My mortgage broker at Visionary Finance - Hannah Tee - was, and is, an absolute star. From the same-day initial consultation to the very very end of the transaction (i.e., even when I asked right before arranging the completion date to change the mortgage product which she manged to magically do within the same day, without any problems, as always), no ask was too big or too small. Even when we ran into issues with the first lender, Hannah was able to quickly arrange a second lender in place to take over without any pain for me.
Hannah's advice was always thought through, tailored to my circumstances and knowledgeable.
Hannah has been on hand, incredibly responsive (even over the holidays) and accommodating to ensure that the process was as seamless as possible.

We first approached Visionary Finance and had our call with them on the 15th March 2024. Khulan was given our case, and acted as our mortgage broker. Our situation isn't straight forward with my partner being self-employed and me working for two companies.

This didn't deter Khulan and she worked tirelessly getting everything together and requested every bit of information and every document possible that she thought potential mortgage lenders might request so as not to delay or hold up the process.

She kept us updated daily and throughout the process and instructed solicitors on our behalf too. She was quick to respond, informative and always went out of her way to ensure we understood what was going on.

From the 15th March, to the 25th March and she had already found a potential lender and submitted our application, documents etc.

We had the mortgage valuation on the 28th March around 9am, and before close of business on the 28th March, Khulan had emailed me with the incredible news of having received a mortgage offer and in addition to an email gave me a call just before singing off for Easter to re-confirm the good news.

The entire process has been a delight and I can't recommend Khulan enough - friendly, professional with superb attention to detail and continued support.

Hello. I used Visionary Finance for the purchase of the property in Birmingham, Timber Yard. I highly recommend Faye Tomkins and Nicholas Munro as Mortgage Advisor. They were so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. She always looked for the best mortgage option for me and advised me on most suitable option. Due to incompetent Solicitors, It took almost 8 months to complete the purchase, however, Faye and Nicholas always follow up with all the parties and push them to complete it.
