there was an issue with the wrong part being sent But Vision marine quickly and without fuss arranged for delivery of the correct part, and collection of the incorrect one . Problems are a part of life its how they are dealt with which is the mark of good customer service .

Paul at Vision Marine was an absolute star: he made a 4 hour round trip to collect the parcel from DX & drive it up to me before going back. That enabled me to get away down the coast before the next set of gales.
