We ordered travel cards from…

We ordered travel cards from VisitBerlin for three days. Unfortunately, unlike the rest of Europe, their website uses the AM/PM time format instead of the 24-hour format. This led us to mistakenly book for 10 pm (22:00) instead of 10 am (10:00) – an honest mistake we naively assumed VisitBerlin support would correct without fuss. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case; support categorically refused to help and stopped responding after their first reply. So, be mindful of the time format, and hope you don’t need their support.
