REALLY HORRIBLE HARD SHELL TACO

My attempted email communication to Taco Bell
Headquarters! They can't even get communications
right, as they sent me an email saying they can't respond
when I used the very form they provided and email address to contact them with. What's so wrong with Taco Bell now? The ability to communicate with them is as sad and sorry as their food!!
Here is what I had tried to communicate with them:
Hi,
Just wanted to let you know the Taco Bell at Macon Rd and Rigdon Rd intersection in Columbus, Ga gave me by far the worst hard shell taco of my life.
I thought it would have of course beef in it but none. Ordered through Ubereats. I checked potato too thinking it would be good on the taco but all I got
Was a extremely stale old very hard shell and potatoes in it that were very hard, no lettuce and it was so pathetic that it crossed my mind are they play-
Ing a joke on me or was it a new employee who fixed it or just really a bad manager who could care less what they serve. Bought this in early May 2026.
A GREAT manager would check all items they serve for continual freshness and make sure too the shells are very fresh and not sitting out all day. He she
May want to do a taste test every hour or so to check each ingredient that goes in a taco not just for freshness but deliciousness too and the right amount of
Salt to bring out the flavor. There was obviously no manager checking my order that day or he just didn’t care how the quality of the food was!!
