Demanded payment for a visa they didn't issue — pressure-sold "insurance," then threats

I used this company for a Turkish e-visa application thinking it was the official one. Partway through, they refused to proceed unless I purchased an additional "travel insurance" product — despite the official Turkish e-visa system already including this, and despite me explicitly declining their add-on.
I did not agree to purchase the insurance and did not authorize any charge for it. The visa I actually used for travel was issued through the official government e-visa channel, not by this company.
After I declined to pay, I received demands for payment, along with claims that my passport could be "blacklisted" by immigration authorities if I didn't pay. I disputed the charge with my bank and won the chargeback, which itself confirms my payment provider agreed no valid service had been rendered for the amount claimed.
If you're applying for a Turkish e-visa, go directly through the official government portal. Not from any sponsored ad on google. Do not use third-party sites that pressure you into unnecessary add-ons or threaten consequences with immigration authorities — that is not how visa issuance works, and no private company controls immigration "blacklisting."
I've also reported this to my payment provider and relevant consumer protection bodies.

I would like to report a fraudulent…

I would like to report a fraudulent website: visitsturkiye.com.tr.

This website falsely pretended to be an official e-visa application platform for Turkey. I trusted it and paid 135 USD for a visa application.

After payment:

I did NOT receive any visa
I did NOT receive any valid service
I contacted them requesting a refund, but I received NO response
I have never heard back from them again

This appears to be a scam website that misleads users by pretending to be an official visa service and taking money without providing any service.

I request:

Full refund of 135 USD
Investigation of this fraudulent website
Removal/blocking of this service to protect other users
