Scan much needed
Arrived and after a short wait I was taken and asked some questions regarding scan and my health, friendly and helpful staff. Received my scan results, had to check had been sent to my GP as they stated they hadn’t had them 2 of days after I received them. Would use again if needed!

Very caring and professional
From making the first contact with Vista Health to the time we left having had my MRI scan dealt with a caring and professional manner.
Also to have the results (although one that I was not expecting) within three days was brilliant, pity it takes the NHS so long to get results through on top of a 20 week waiting time for the NRIS scan hence why I went private at a very reasonable price and speed of having the scan/getting results.
Pity the parking arrangements are not the same.

Positive experience from start to finish
Very straightforward to book a MRI. Had appointment within 2 days and was seen as soon as I arrived. Everything explained clearly and report with images received within 48 hours. Very impressed with whole service.
