Generally, the staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem I had was during the heart scan. The instructions were to breath in , breath out and then hold your breath. This worked for half of the time, but then the breath out instruction failed and as a result part of the scan had to be repeated, twice. As the whole scan took about 2 hour this added to the discomfort.
The booking process was great with lots of availability
I turned up to my appointment 15 minutes early as advised.I ended up waiting for 20/30 minutes past my allotted time for my scan as they seemed to be behind on timings which I know happens.
The scan was smooth and staff were polite and then I quickly received my results in two days.
Reading through my results a few findings were identified - the report stated I had a medial meniscus tear. I have later seen a orthopaedic surgeon due to the problems with my knee and he said that there seems to be a typo in the report and the imaging shows no medial meniscus tear.
I was extremely disappointed to find that parts of the report were untrue and that I have been led to believe I have a medial tear when there isn’t one shown on the MRI. I think this is a poor service to say I’ve paid over 300 pounds to have false information on my report and led to believe I have that certain problem when I don’t.
Polite and friendly and efficient and explained everything that was going to happen.
