Everything was great at the scan and I received the report. I gave full details of my GP but she did not receive the report. I had to copy it to her.

Website was easy to navigate. When I called people were able to advise me and clearly explain the process. Booking an appointment with an online GP and an MRI was super easy. The wait for the MRI was short and the scan itself was on time and the staff attentive. Finally the follow-up with online GP was informative too. I finally have a diagnosis, which I'd still be waiting for if I didn't take action. I am so delighted that someone recommended Vista Health to me, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again myself. Brilliant! Thank you all!

Hi
I had a MRI scan on the 16th May at Asda park mobil unit in Swindon. I wasn’t not happy with my experience at all. Firstly it was drizzling with rain when I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment, was told I couldn’t go in because of people confidentiality, he ask if I could sit in my car but I was dropped off, so he said wait here I will find you some were to wait, so I am left there on metal steps in the drizzling rain. He came out and put me in a room with just enough room for a chair which was fine. He came back in and went through my details and told me were to hang my coat up and were to put my belongings. The lady who was before me was in the waiting/reception area when I arrived and when she had had her scan and came back out the scan room and was in the reception area they came and got me to go through to the scan room, but he stood there trying to block the other woman with his body and arms out but there wasn’t enough room for me to walk pass, so he gave up and just walked into the scan room. He asked me to lay on the bed which I did, then he came over and said it’s your right shoulder we are scanning and I said yes, with that he grabbed my arm to lift it up to put this brace thing on but my shoulder is really painful to move so I said ouch. He then continued to put weights on to keep it in place but then he took my arm to try and tell me to turn my hand inwards and put under my bum which again was very painful so I said ok just let me try, he then put the head phones on my head, if you can call it that, literally just flung then on, sent me under the a little and said are you ok so I put my thumb up, he then grab my other hand and shoved a squeeze thing init and said some thing which I didn’t hear but I assumed it was to squeeze if I needed any thing. He then sent me all the way in and left. The mri it’s self was fine, but I am sure I read you have headphones on with music playing, there was no music. When it had finish he came back in said all done and took the weights and braces off, dropped a couple on the floor so I picked them up, just continued packing stuff away so I walked out the room into the reception area to the lady who was working there also who was on her phone FaceTiming someone, she put the phone to her chest and said I will hear in 3 working days I said my results goes to my gp as well don’t they she said she didn’t know but I could forward them to my gp, we said good bye and that was that. I just felt there was no care or compassion, I felt man handled and felt like it was getting to the end of their shift and couldn’t be bothered. I thought the whole experience was dreadful and I actually paid for it. Very disappointed.
