Echocardiogram
My adult son has SEN and he was treated really kind and they were understanding I needed to be with him so he knew he was ok and I was looking after him. It was explained to him what they were doing and then I could relay it to him as we went along . Thankfully results came quickly and all was ok.

Don't expect to be seen on time
It's annoying to have to sit in front of your original video constantly starting how you put do much importance on being on time when your appointment is forty mins late.

MRI scan
The radiologists were very helpful to me as I was in a lot of pain at the time and also rather nervous about having to stay still in the tunnel.
My consultant felt that the radiological report, although clear, under-represented the severity of the findings from the scan.
