BUYER BEWARE— Avoid at all costs misleading returns process, no accountability or concern for even the most basic things
Having bought a pair of sunglasses for £205 that didn’t fit, I followed VistaExpert’s returns procedure, which clearly states that they will send a prepaid return label once the return is approved. I submitted the return request and followed it up several times but received nothing but the same automated message:
“Our offices are closed… don’t worry… wait for our reply which will certainly be exhaustive.”
Well, I never heard anything again.
With no label and no genuine support route, I tried to send the glasses to the UK return address they list, it turned out that Royal Mail doesn’t recognise it as valid making that route impossible. So I sent the glasses back to their Italian returns address, the glasses are now stuck in Italian customs and VistaExpert are refusing to complete the basic customs form required for release, even though the return qualifies under the Returned Goods Relief scheme.
So I’m left without the glasses, out of pocket by £225, and stuck dealing with months of correspondence dealing with the consequences of their unclear processes, lack of communication, and refusal to help. It would take just one form to resolve this but they refuse.
Avoid VistaExpert at all costs, especially if you’re ordering from outside Italy or might ever need to return something. The only thing ‘exhaustive’ about their customer service is how you will feel trying to make a return.

Persol sunglasses with production or material issue
Ordered Persol sunglasses in March 2025 and after wearing them only several times, the frame of the glasses got broken besides left glass without any influence of physical force or impact. Seems to be there was a production or material defect. After contacting the client support and waiting one week for an answer they refused to regulate because it is supposedly not covered by the warranty even though it is clearly stated differently in the warranty regulations. They are even not willing to regulate on goodwill reasons. Shop is not serious at all!!

Bad customer service
You charged me for return even though I used self-shipping. Your website offers two options to return the item back - self shipping or using your label.
You charged me for using your return label even though I used self-shipping. I provided receipts and evidence of this.
Your customer support team kept telling me you haven't charged me for using your label - BUT you have.
I paid £191 for the item in total. £4 was for shipping to me. I was refunded £180. Therefore, I am missing £7. You stole £7 for me. I paid for my own self-shipping around £10. I provided this receipt to you over email. So I ended up paying £17 for returning the item.
I explained this to your customer service over email multiple times but they kept saying they didn't charge me for the return delivery but they did. Well done, you have cost yourself a customer and reputation over £7. Avoid this company people.
I will also get my £7 back as I have started a dispute with my credit card company. So you have cost your reputation over nothing.

I wish I wouldn't have placed an order with this store.
First of all, it seems they don't have in stock the glasses they have on the web page. Right after placing an order, I got a notification it is out of stock and if I'm ready to wait it will be restocked in a month or so.
I waited, unfortunately upon arrival I realized I don't like how it fits me and decided to return the good.
And then it all started. They have a very pricey return service and I preferred to send it myself, however, later I found out they also deducted the initial postage service from my return amount, which is again pricey. Additionally, they deducted their return service, although I already notified them that I would do it myself and got confirmation that I won't be charged for the return package.
All this time, the customer service showed 0 empathy and competency. They even said they didn't get several of my emails, although I see them in their email thread in Italian, which is not my phone's lamguage! Such a nonsense.

Falsche Glasgröße bei Bestellung #2025-15996 (Ray-Ban RB4165)
I ordered Ray-Ban RB4165 sunglasses advertised as 55 mm on their website. Even the box they sent clearly says 55 mm – but the actual sunglasses are 54 mm.
This was not my mistake, but theirs. I paid €115.89 and specifically wanted the 55 mm version. I contacted them several times to solve this issue, but they just told me that 54 mm and 55 mm are "the same" and offered only a paid return at my cost.
This is completely unprofessional, misleading, and feels like a scam. Selling one product and sending a different one, then making the customer pay to fix it, is unacceptable.
I’m now forced to return the product and will never buy from them again. Not recommended at all.

Misleading shipping & poor service
I ordered a pair of sunglasses that were shown as in stock and paid extra for express delivery, expecting to receive them within a few days. Later I was informed that the item wasn’t actually available and that I would have to wait 20 business days before it would even ship.
Here’s the issue: when you offer express delivery, customers reasonably expect to receive the product quickly. It makes no sense to advertise a product as available, charge for express delivery, and then reveal after payment that it won’t be shipped for nearly a month.
When I raised this concern, the only response I got was: “Express shipping still applies — once the item is in stock, you’ll receive it in 2 days.” That completely misses the point. What good is 2-day shipping if I have to wait 20 days for the product to be ready? That’s not express — that’s delayed with fast shipping at the end.
Then came another frustration: I was asked whether I wanted to proceed with the order. Since I had already paid and clearly intended to receive the product, I didn’t respond — assuming it would just be processed. Instead, the order was put on hold, and nothing was done. I had to follow up again weeks later, and only then did they actually place the order. That restarted the 20-day wait all over again — making it over 40 days total.
I still want the sunglasses, but this has been a completely unsatisfying experience. Misleading product availability, poor communication, and no willingness to refund the express shipping charge — despite the fact that it was clearly not delivered as expected. I wouldn’t recommend ordering here unless you’re okay with surprises, delays, and no accountability.

I recently bought some sunglasses, which when they arrived didn't fit. Concerningly I have tried multiple times to return them and keep getting the same strange automated response but no return label:
‘ I would certainly receive our reply as soon as we are operational.
It is therefore not necessary to send us further messages but simply wait for our reply which will certainly be exhaustive.
So buyer BEWARE you can buy but will be scammed if trying to return Pkease ensure all purchases are made by credit card so that you can get your money back.
