A Bunch of scammers it’s been since April that I’ve been dealing with this so called insurance company. They owe me money and won’t refund me. I’ve been dealing with a situation. I decided to tell them early so another person can have the benefit of going to the hunger games show. BUT no these good for nothing thieves want me to wait till December so they can swindle me more than they already have. When I call them the receptionist says they’re are on the phone . Why are you always on the phone. They disappear for a month then come back bringing bad news. I want to move but they won’t let me. They’ve even convinced the bank to not help me. My own bank won’t even help me. What’s the point of insurance if the insurance company can’t even do what they’re supposed to do . I’m not asking for £20,000. I’m only asking for this situation to be done with. I feel like they want me to go to the show regardless of my situation. I will not accept this. And if I have to go the legal route then so be it

Vista insurance was recommended to me by a colleague. I’m glad I contacted them as not only were they super helpful, I saved a huge amount of money on like for like insurance for my small business.

Do not waste your money purchasing ticket protection (theatre) if Vista is involved.

On the surface Vista were incredibly helpful, but after a couple of weeks of stringing me along with one narrative, they let me down at the eleventh hour leaving me with no chance of re-selling or re-scheduling my tickets.

It seems either Vista, or the insurance company they partnered with, used deliberate delay tactics to deny my claim. Not a transparent nor trustworthy.

I really appreciated the help and advice provided by Vista to secure a solution where others could not. Thank you.

From the initial chat to the quote and becoming a client, I have been very impressed.
