Absolute scam!
Do not use them.

Purchased a logo and website design from these people, logo was completed within a week but then website was not. This was back in October 2020, we are now August 2021.

I have tried to reach them on a number of occasions, through live chat, phone calls and emails and no response.

I last spoke with someone around February time on the live chat and they said the person looking after my website KAREN and the lady who sold me the package RACHEL, no longer work for the company and they will "assign someone new to get in contact with me to continue"

Heard nothing since, after countless attempts at contact.

So frustrated and annoyed, I spent £500 with them and now its gone, with nothing to show for it and no one to chase for a refund.

They charged me three times for the service, I heard nothing, I tried e-mailing multiple times, no reply, seems like a scam to me.
Seeking my money back from the credit card company.

It's basically a scam. To cut a long story short, they claim they are UK based but they aren't. They might have a UK address for admin purposes but the people you actually speak to are not in Europe.

I had to prompt them to phone me to discuss my requirements after payment was made (outside of the timeline they provided) and it was clear there was a huge delay on the line with someone who couldn't grasp basic concepts. I was promised the logo conceps within 2 days which never arrived. When I eventually got some of the concept designs after following it up, they were terrible quality and had clearly not listened to my design brief. I asked for a refund which was refused and they then ignored all my communications to them. I had to get a charge back through my credit card company which they challenged but I was successful in getting a refund this way. Avoid this company at all costs - it's a scam!

Please do not buy anything from this company. They are not honest at all. I paid for a website over 4 months ago and i am still waiting. They are ignoring my calls and messages too. You have been warned!

Don't use. I paid £85 for a logo design. After payment, they messaged to say someone would be in touch to get design brief, however no one has been I touch. I haven't had any replies to the emails I have sent. Scam

The logo we received was perfect, and our designer Karen 'just got it right'. I am fussy when it comes to graphics, and Karens patience was always there. The slightest adjustment was changed instantly, adjusted and re-submitted. There was so much effort put into this, I am so, so pleased with the result......

Right from the beginning, they were very cooperative and had greater amount of patience in dealing with me. I made ample number of changes and always the answer was yes. My manager Karen, used to reply me promptly and there was no "If's & But's in her reply. It was always "Yes, we will work it around as per your requirement". Highly recommended. A+++

Great value for money and good communication. Their designers offered me several options on initial logo ideas. We then completely changed direction which was no problem with them at all. Buyer beware. After 100% ownership is confirmed on the terms and conditions, some time later the 'legal' team will ask you for £200-£400 to 'transfer' or 'copyright' the design (which they state they 'own' or falsely advise is a mandatory legal requirement).

It appears that once designed they copyright the design themselves and then ask for a 'transfer fee'.

Bitterly disappointed in the process and lack of transparency.

I provided Vista team a logo idea that I had in mind in order for them to help me create it - really quick turnaround times and it was what I needed...

So far I've done two logos with them. Karen was brilliant and delivered my logos really fast. I didn't need to make any changes as the logos sent to me were brilliant on their own!
