Excellent and professional customer service
Following my complaint that the binding of the albums I ordered was not satisfactory and that pages had come loose as a result, new albums with improved binding were quickly printed for me. I am therefore very pleased with the albums I received, as well as with the prompt, courteous, and professional response from customer service.

I just made and ordered my second photo book with VistaPrint. One of the pages was badly bent so they sent me a second copy for free, which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I love companies who make things right when they go wrong. I really love VistaPrint for their products and great customer service. Highly recommend!
