I ordered and paid extra for on time…

I ordered and paid extra for on time express delivery the items I ordered were for a funeral they didn’t arrive on time let alone early I am completely disgusted

The recent order delivered with defects, they took it seriously and correct the mistakes promptly and reprint the batch and deliver speedily.

Incredibly disappointed for the lower quality.

Incredibly disappointed for the lower quality ever received by VistaPrint. Colours are fading just by looking at the cards, I initially noticed how low quality they looked compared to the past, the print itself looks like was printed faster and at a lower DPI to save on paint... But the worst part is that you can't carry them as they get scratched no matter what you do to protect them and fade. I printed several for a few members of the team as I was fine with past orders.. and now we find ourselves with these cards that I don't even want to use with clients.

Wonderful customer service

Precious Joyce D in the chat was amazing. I stuffed up on my order and they were happy to help and sort it all for me. Amazing quality of products. Great prices would highly recommend Vista Print anyone needing photos and products.

Instant support, quick resolution

The team at Vistaprint are always happy to help. When I joined the chat to update my order, an agent joined instantly and assisted me. I amended the design and the agent instantly replaced it in my existing order. It was great to see the team willing to help and assist the customer, bit rare these days.

The follow-up was fantastic, making sure we were happy with what we received. Over the years, the few small.issues that we have had have been rectified easily and quickly. I used VistaPrint to get custom made…

I used VistaPrint to get custom made Christmas shirts for my family but when I received the order they had sent me the incorrect sizes. When I reached out to customer service to get the sizes corrected they informed me that the replacement order would not arrive until December 30th and they would not send it through express shipping to arrive before Christmas.
The shirts were nice but I was very disappointed as if I had known they wouldn’t arrive before Christmas I would never have bought them.

Reliable partner for your printing needs

With the busy holiday season, orders can be delayed or may not go as planned. However, what separates a business is always how they take care of their customers.

I had a delayed shipment of custom envelope seals which can feel insignificant in the grand scheme of things but it was personally an important component of the calendars and cards I was sending to my family and friends. Vistaprint and their staff went out of their way to ensure I had replacement stickers and arrived just at the right moment and I was able to send out my personalised gifts before Christmas.
