TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE - I had cards printed - they are upside on one side and then upside down the other way - there is no one to contact!!?? I had tried. i have all these cards that are useless - and I have wasted all this money - so upset.

For future orders, please note that the reverse side needs to be positioned opposite to the front to ensure proper alignment when printed. Great customer service after a printing error

I received an order and over half of the order was not printed correctly(missing ink). I reported the error online and was called within minutes. The gentleman that called was polite and quickly resolved the issue by quickly replacing the items.

Calendar Cover Looks Dreadful in Matte

Update: Vistaprint reprinted my order and this time I chose the standard satin paper stock. I'm very happy with the new calendars.....
I ordered Wall Calendars Size A4 Double - Classic with Middle Binding and paid extra for 2-Sided Glossy-Matte Stock. Before ordering I twice used the website chat box to ask about the stock used for the cover and both times the answer was that the cover is generally thicker than the calendar pages (?). The calendars arrived today and thickness of the stock is not a problem. Unfortunately though, the calendar cover is of the same stock as the pages, so the cover photo is matte, not glossy and it looks bad. I will be ashamed to give these calendars as gifts, but I have no other option now. I would advise anyone considering the Glossy-Matte option to forget it. The actual calendar pages are beautiful and the photos pop with the glossy finish, but the whole thing is let down by an inferior finish on the cover.

Christian is the best!

Christian was extremely patient, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He stayed on the phone with me to make sure my projects were perfect! He also helped me decide on the best layout and color scheme. He is the best! Thank you so much, Christian!

Deceiving marketing practice

Edit- Yes, the issue was resolved by Vistaprint and I got my refund.

Just to respond to the reply from Vistaprint below- the images show gift box next to the pen and the description does not say that it comes or doesn't come with the box. So maybe do not include images of product packaging that are not a part of the offering. This would avoid confusing customers and causing unnecessary hassle in future.

Deceiving marketing practice-
I ordered 50 pens for gifting.
Their listing shows pens and with a gift box on one of the images.
No where on the listing does it say that the pen does not come with a box.
Yes, they shipped my order without the gift box.
I reached out to their team to highlight that this is not a good practice to show gift packaging on their listing and their response to this has been to order a different type of pen that includes gift box.
I now have 50 pens that I ordered for gifting without gift box.

Don't waste your time!!

My order took over a month to be dispatched ($230 worth of products). I didn't receive any communication at all about my order so I contacted them myself. I was then informed that my order was due to be dispatched in a further 2 weeks time!! No compensation was provided at all and the customer service team was not helpful. Awful experience, and the first lot of boxes I ordered were blurry so really bad quality. Do not recommend at all - go elsewhere.

Canvas

I ordered a canvas of a photo for a friends present. The canvas was amazing quality, could not have asked for a better outcome. I also had put the wrong delivery address accidentally on my order, and only noticing a week after order. I lodged an enquiry and was called within half an hour and had it all sorted without any hassle from the vista team. Highly highly recommend.

Very disappointed for 1st time customer

I trusted this company based on their promise of fast turnaround and even paid extra to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, my order was delayed by a full week missing my shipment!

When the product finally arrived, the quality was unacceptable. Most of the cards were miscut, making them completely unusable. It was a total waste of money and time.

This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would never recommend this service to anyone, and I will not be doing business with them again. If you're looking for reliability and professionalism, look elsewhere.

Credit where Credit is due .

Good afternoon
I am a 74 year old grandmother , I wanted to get a print with my grandson's cat on it for Christmas. I got to a certain point and couldn't find my way any further. I started on the chat line and a lovely lady named Hanna Eunice came to my rescue and adjusted the photo to make it fit and help me choose the background and the frame, I would never have managed without her patience and assistance, she is worth or weight in gold to your company. I will have one very happy grandson this Christmas thanks to Hanna . Merry Christmas Hanna x
