Printing Experience : I was very happy overall with the experience of getting my Business cards, gift vouchers and stickers printed from the company. The speed of the delivery was very good. Only issue I had was I personally felt that my number was printed too small on the business cards.

I started with VP in 2010. They were always great even though not the most economical, I was always happy. I ordered (a reorder) in December and the envelopes that came with the cards were wrong too big. They replaced them. I went to re-order in March and before I ordered and paid, I called and checked that they would be the correct size, which i was assured they were. They arrived yesterday and they were wrong again. I connected first with four chat people couldn't resolve the issue, so I called. The girl was helpful. I sent an email to “customer service” to tell them what has happened two times. The reply was basically, 'tough luck, we changed our envelopes for the cards (they are too big), we don’t tell the customers and we apologise, and appreciate the feedback.’ - "While we understand this isn’t the same as the envelope size you expected, your feedback is valuable and helps us improve the ordering process. - Sincerely Princess Karen - Customer Care Specialist”
Until after September 2025 their customer service was amazing, as reflected in previous comment.
Maybe expecting the thing one orders, then requesting that it be rectified when it isn’t, is considered being a “Princess Karen”. I have used vista print a lot.. I am an illustrator but the last two orders have been a disaster.. my customer ended up cancelling the order and I had to refund her all her money.. I am very upset

Great products,paid for rush shipping on one of my last products and that was delayed,not ideal,payed for rush delivery on this so see how it goes,only ordered yesterday and is in transit all ready so looking forward to my order
Recently ordered 500 flyers. The whole process of uploading the files was very straight forward. The parcel arrived within a couple of days. I was delighted with the quality. However there were some flyers missing. I contacted VistaPrint and they could not have been more pleasant and helpful, replacement package arrived two days later.
