Closed a credit card for possible fraud and have been waiting 3 weeks for new cards. Called once and customer service rep nice but explained I needed to wait a few more days. Waited those days and called back today and the male rep was condescending and not helpful. Made me want to just switch banks. He didn’t resolve my problem and I ended up more frustrated.
There is no denying compliance is a pain, this lessened the pain. Vistar has been a time-saver for our compliance efforts. Automating the majority of the tasks for SOC 2 and AI framework has reduced our workload significantly and organized our task list. The monitoring and easy interface make it a must-have tool. The copilot is pretty good but still has some distance to go to make it completely effortless. I still recommend for anyone needing SOC 2 or ISO compliance.
