One Star is too much. After I wrote my last review, out of the blue I got a call from someone who claimed to be over damage control. They wanted me to delete my review and give them another chance. It turns out the owners of this company are in India and this man I was talking to was in Pakistan. They gave very little in concessions for the thousands of dollars I had paid them. The only thing I was offered was a new website which wouldn't even be ready before I was required to pay several hundred more for hosting. Feeling desperate (or crazy), I gave them another chance. It has turned out to be exactly the same thing. Nothing getting done. Emails and texts (no calls because I must have everything in writing) are not answered. At this point, I am determined to find some kind of physical entity in the U.S. that I can serve papers on and continue my suit.

Always asked for more and more money. 9 months went by and my website was still not functional. I'm trying to get back thousands of dollars but the address on the website is bogus so I'm having a hard time serving papers. Watch out!!!!!!!!!

I was skeptical at first, but Duane came through for me. I love the results of the new website. So grateful for this dedicated professional. Thank you.

Always asking for more money. Never delivering on the finished product. Now trying to get thousands back that I paid to them.

Mark was extremely personable and excellent at explaining everything when I spoke with him personally.
