AVOID ANY PLOTS FROM VISTRY GROUP
They Use a company called First Port under Vistry and attempt to extort money from you. They had the wrong address I chased them for a freehold service fee invoice as my neighbours were getting theres. They tried to add admin charges of £200+ even though they confirmed they had the wrong address on their systems for my plot. Ridiculous and they think they can get away with it. I have lodged a claim with the county court claims as they now tried to mediate the charges but i have refused want to take them to court so they pay for this.
Cowboys
There not selling their homes cause their cowboys, the entire company is the shambles, from houses, to gardens to roads, to attitudes, to the shi**iest of customer service their all deffo in sync with their not giving a hoot attitude, reuin your personal propertie I.e cars ect with the diabolical roads they balls up and have to rip up near enough on a daily basis the local council won't even adopt the roads yet as they're in a sorry state, houses are not much better either. Best advice is avoid avoid avoid. These also go by the name of linden homes. countryside homes,Boris homes, and countryside partnership.
I've put today's date however this has been ongoing since november 2021 and is still ongoing their utterly vulger.

If I could I would give Vistrygroup a minus. We purchased a house 4 years ago and not only have I had to have a survey (which said the house is not up to code) but the whole development has boundary issues. We as a neighbourhood have had debilitating stress over 3 years of constant building works that never seem to remedy the issues but we can never get any replies from customer services without weeks of calls and emails. Most of my neighbours have had similar issues like mould, drain smells, leaks, bad insulation and our balcony was deemed dangerous and not fixed properly. We were told to block it off until it was fixed professionally. We would love to sell the house but are not able to because of the situation. I have contacted a solicitor to take advice but now feel I need to take them to court in order to get things remedied. DO NOT buy a home from Visty group.
5 star builder
I have nothing but good things to say about Bovis/Vistry since buying our new build in Gloucestershire last month. The quality is exceptional, the sales team are approachable and the builders been so professional. I am in love with our home, and so glad we bought from them.
Terrible site management
Terrible site management. Contaminate roads by not using wheel baths and hosing off vehicles leavings site. Avoid this company. Sherford site is very poorly managed.

If I could give less than one star I would. Horrendous Aftercare by their Sales Team. I have soo many snags with my home that are still to be fixed18 months on. I did not buy the home from Vistry originally, i bought from countryside. They constantly blame countryside and say they do not have records of previous snags. Countryside although did not do all my snags would update me. Vistry nothing. They want to do the bare minimum and constantly look for ways not to complete works. I dread to think what would have been the case if I had bought a Vistry/Linden home. Everything is to chase, they don’t even pretend to be helpful. Everything is met with obstructions. They are also really hard to contract and they respond to emails after 7 working days, nothing is quick.

Where do I start? A joke of a company and a joke of a 'Customer Services' dept out of Caterham.
Firstly, you must understand they do not care about any customer reviews. They as good as told me. I got asked politely to stop emailing their board members with my complaints after inactivity and just plain rudeness by not even acknowledging emails led me to track down who to try and speak with. Would you believe this lot has a 'Customer Experience Director'? look it up on the website. Oh, and apparently Fitzgerald the CEO is in line for millions in bonus this year?!
I apparently live on an award winning site! God knows what an 'ordinary' site would be like.

They reneged on our deal and sold the house I was buying next door ro my daughter from under me after we had committed ourselves financially by releasing savings to buy daughters house. They have left us in financial hardship and stolen our dream. SHAME ON THEM!
Shocking after service
Moved into my new house Sept 23 .2inch gap in the stairs ,kitchen window would not close external light woudnt work,leak in the toilet and the kitchen cupboard dor fell off when i opened it Day 1
Eventually got problems done But vistry refused to repair kitchen cupboard door and just sent me an email from where i ciuld buy one .this is the first day in a house that had been oassed off by the company

agree to fix things before sale and then take 3 years to fix some, then deny agreeing & say it’s your problem. AVOID this shambles of a company as I wish I read reviews before, as I’ve not met a single resident who is happy.

0* doesn’t pay staff when promised, left out family without food & can’t pay our bills. DONT WORK FOR THEM, they say one thing & mean another. Makes out they’re a great professional company to work for but can’t even pay there staff. I’ll be making a small claims case.
Terrible quality scam
Terrible quality. We've bought our first property with Linden homes and literally within a week everything is falling apart. We've got a major plumbing issues. Everything is poor quality including kitchen appliances to door handles and bathroom tiles. They've ruined experience of buying our first property. It's impossible to get in touch with customer service. We cannot wait to sell the property and get back to renting. Avoid this company as they it is nothing else but scam and a simple rip off.
